本発明は詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器に関するもので、本発明による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器は、容器を内容器と外容器の二重容器に構成して、外容器の上部に排出部を固定させ、内容物が収容される内容器を取り替えて用いることができるようにすることによって、内容物を使い切った場合、排出部はそのまま利用しながら内容器のみ取り替えて用いることができるので、使用者の費用負担を低減することができる詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器に関するものである。【選択図】図２

Description

本発明は詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器に関するもので、より詳しくは、容器を内容器と外容器の二重容器に構成して、外容器の上部に排出部を固定させ、内容物が収容される内容器を取り替えて用いることができるようにすることによって、内容物を使い切った場合、排出部はそのまま利用しながら内容器のみ取り替えて用いることができるので、使用者の費用負担を低減することができる詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器に関する。
一般に、アンプル容器とは、滅菌状態に密封して保管すべき内容物を収容するためのもので、最近、美容に対する関心が高まることにつれて、しわ改善、美白のために４週〜８週など特別な期間の間集中管理するプログラム化粧品が発売され、エッセンスなどの濃縮成分で構成される高価の化粧品を収容するためにアンプル容器がたくさん使われている。
このように、アンプル容器に収容される化粧品は他の化粧品に比べて、開封後流通期限が短く、段階別に内容物の成分が異なるため、少量の内容物が個別包装で複数セットになるように構成される。高価の化粧品であるだけに顔に吸収される量を多くするために容器本体の上部にはボール、シリコーンチップ、ブラシなどのアプリケーターが備えられる排出部が形成される。
しかし、従来のアンプル容器は少量で複数が構成されるアンプル容器の上部に内容物を排出するためのアプリケーターが備えられた排出部がそれぞれ形成されるため、化粧品を使い切ってアンプル容器を廃棄する際、各アンプル容器の上部に形成される排出部が一緒に廃棄され、使用者が負担する費用が高くなるという問題点があった。
本発明は上述した問題点を解決するために案出されたもので、本発明の目的は、容器を内容器と外容器の二重容器に構成して、外容器の上部に排出部を固定させ、内容物が収容される内容器を取り替えて用いることができるようにすることによって、内容物を使い切った場合、排出部はそのまま利用しながら内容器のみ取り替えて用いることができるので、使用者の費用負担を低減することができる詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器を提供することである。
上記のような問題点を解決するために、本発明による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器は、内容物が収容される内容器と；上記内容器の上部に結合されて、ポンピング作用を通じて内容器に収容された内容物を排出させるポンピング部材と；上記内容器及びポンピング部材を収容し、内容器及びポンピング部材が挿入及び取り出し可能に下端部が開放されて形成され、下部の両側には内容器を把持して取り替え可能に一部が切開されて形成される外容器と；上記外容器の上部に結合され、上記ポンピング部材と連通されるように結合されて、上記内容器の昇降によるポンピング部材のポンピング作用によって内容物を外部に排出する排出部と；上記外容器の上部で上記排出部を囲んで結合されるオーバーキャップと；を含むことを特徴とする。
また、上記外容器の上部内側には外容器の内周面から中央部に延長されて内容物が移動する空間を形成するが、上記ポンピング部材の上部と上記排出部の下部が結合されて上記ポンピング部材と上記排出部を連通させる連通部が形成されることを特徴とする。
また、上記排出部は使用者の肌に内容物を塗布するアプリケーターと、上記アプリケーターが収容され、アプリケーターを支持する支持部と、上記支持部の下方向に延長して形成されるが、内容物が移動されるように中空が形成され、上記連通部に結合される結合部とを含むことを特徴とする。
また、上記支持部にはアプリケーターの下部を支持する支持突起が形成されることを特徴とする。
また、上記内容器には内容器の下部の外周面を囲んで段差が形成されることを特徴とする。
以上、上述したように、本発明によれば、容器を内容器と外容器の二重容器に構成して、外容器の上部に排出部を固定させ、内容物が収容される内容器を取り替えて用いることができるようにすることによって、内容物を使い切った場合、排出部はそのまま利用しながら内容器のみ取り替えて用いることができるので、使用者の費用負担を低減することができるという長所がある。

以下、図面を参照して本発明を詳しく説明する。各図面に提示された同じ符号は同じ部材を示す。
図１は本発明の好ましい実施例による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器の構成を示す結合斜視図であり、図２は本発明の好ましい実施例による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器の構成を示す分解斜視図である。

図１〜図４によれば、本発明の好ましい実施例による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器には、内容器１００、ポンピング部材２００、外容器３００、排出部４００、オーバーキャップ５００が含まれる。
上記内容器１００は内容物が収容されるもので、内容物が排出されることができるように上端が開放されて形成され、開放された上部にはポンピング部材２００が結合される。
本発明において、上記内容器１００は後述する外容器３００に挿入及び取り出し可能に構成されて、収容された内容物を使い切った場合、内容物が充填された内容器１００’で取り替えて用いることができることを特徴とする。
上記内容器１００は、取り替えるために外容器３００から取り出す際に、取り出しが容易になるように、上記内容器１００の下部外周面を囲んで段差１１０が形成されることが好ましい。
一方、上記内容器１００は、図４に示すように、使用者の加圧によって外容器３００ 内で昇降され、ポンピング部材２００のポンピング作用を可能にすることによって、収容された内容物が排出できるようにする。
上記ポンピング部材２００は上記内容器１００の上部に結合されて、ポンピング作用を通じて内容器１００に収容された内容物を排出させるもので、本発明において、上記ポンピング部材２００の上部は連通部３１０に結合されるように構成されて、排出部４００と連通されるように構成されることを特徴とする。
上記ポンピング部材２００は外容器３００から内容器１００を取り出す際に連通部３１０との結合が解除され、外容器３００に内容器１００を挿入する際に上記連通部３１０に結合されて、排出部４００を通じて内容物が排出されることができるようにする。
上記ポンピング部材２００のその他の詳細な構成は本発明が属する技術分野において通常の知識を有する者にとって公知技術であるので、詳細な説明は省略する。
上記外容器３００は上記内容器１００及びポンピング部材２００を収容するもので、内容器１００及びポンピング部材２００の挿入及び取り出しが可能に下端部が開放されて形成され、その下部両側は内容器１００を把持して取り替えることが容易になるように一部が切開されて形成される。
上記外容器３００は下部両側が切開されて形成されることによって、内容器１００を取り出して取り替えることが容易であり、且つ、使用者が指で内容器１００の下端を加圧して内容器１００が上昇する時に外容器３００との干渉が発生せず、ポンピング作用が円滑に行われることができる。
一方、本発明において、上記外容器３００の上部の内側には外容器３００の内周面から中央部に延長されて内容物が移動する空間を形成する連通部３１０が備えられることを特徴とし、上記連通部３１０の下部には上記ポンピング部材２００の上部が結合され、上記連通部３１０の上部には排出部４００の下部が結合されて、上記ポンピング部材２００と上記排出部４００とを連通させることによって、ポンピング部材２００のポンピング作用の時排出部４００を通じて内容物が排出されることができるようにする。
上記連通部３１０の内周面には排出部４００が上方へ離脱されることを防止するように固定突部３１１が形成される。
上記排出部４００は上記外容器３００の上部に結合されるが、上記連通部３１０を通じて上記ポンピング部材２００と連通されるように構成されて、上記内容器１００の昇降による上記ポンピング部材２００のポンピング作用によって外部に内容物を排出するもので、アプリケーター４１０、支持部４２０及び結合部４３０を含む。
上記アプリケーター４１０は使用者の肌に内容物を塗布するもので、本発明の図面ではボールタイプを例に挙げて示したが、シリコーンチップ、ブラシなどアプリケーターで適用可能な全ての塗布手段が可能である。
上記支持部４２０は上記アプリケーター４１０が収容され、アプリケーター４１０を支持するもので、支持部４２０の内側にはアプリケーター４１０の下部を支持する支持突起４２１が形成されることを特徴とする。
上記支持部４２０は支持突起４２１が形成されることによって、支持部４２０の内側とアプリケーター４１０との間に空間が発生される。これによって、ポンピング部材２００のポンピング時、支持部４２０の内側とアプリケーター４１０との間に発生する空間にある程度内容物が満たされた後、残り内容物がアプリケーター４１０を通じて排出されるので、内容物がアプリケーター４１０を通じて一気に全部流れ出ることを防止することができる。
上記結合部４３０は上記支持部４２０の下方に延長して形成されて、上記連通部３１０に結合されるもので、上記連通部３１０に結合されて固定されることが可能に連通部３１０の固定突部３１１に結合される固定突起４３１が形成される。
上記結合部４３０はポンピング部材２００のポンピング作用の時、排出部４００を通じて内容物が排出されることができるように内容物が移動される中空が形成される。
上記オーバーキャップ５００は上記外容器３００の上部で上記排出部４００を囲んで結合されるもので、外部圧力によってアプリケーター４１０が破損されることを防止する。
以下では、図５及び６を参照して本発明の好ましい実施例による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器の取り替え過程を説明する。図５及び図６は本発明の好ましい実施例による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器の取り替え過程を示す説明図である。
図５及び６によれば、本発明の好ましい実施例による詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器の取り替え過程は、内容器１００に収容された内容物を使い切った場合、外容器３００の開放された下端を通じて内容器１００を取り出して内容器１００と外容器３００を分離させる。この時、内容器１００の上部に結合されたポンピング部材２００が外容器３００から一緒に分離されるように構成される。
次に、内容物ａが充填された内容器１００’を外容器１００の開放された下端を通じて挿入する。内容器１００’を外容器３００に挿入する際に内容器１００の上部に結合されたポンピング部材２００が一緒に挿入されるが、ポンピング部材２００の上部が外容器３００の連通部３１０の下部に結合されて固定される。
この時、内容物ａが充填された内容器１００’はその上部に結合されるポンピング部材２００と、上記ポンピング部材２００を囲んで結合される詰め替え用キャップ６００が一つのセットに構成されるが、内容器１００’を外容器３００に挿入する際、内容器１００’の上部に結合された詰め替え用キャップ６００を離脱させた後、外容器３００への挿入が行われる。

Claims (5)

  1. 内容物が収容される内容器と；
    前記内容器の上部に結合されて、ポンピング作用を通じて内容器に収容された内容物を排出させるポンピング部材と；
    前記内容器及びポンピング部材が収容され、内容器及びポンピング部材の挿入及び取り出しが可能に下端部が開放されて形成され、下部の両側には内容器を把持して取り替え可能に一部が切開されて形成される外容器と；
    前記外容器の上部に結合され、前記ポンピング部材と連通されるように結合されて、前記内容器の昇降によるポンピング部材のポンピング作用によって内容物を外部に排出する排出部と；
    前記外容器の上部で前記排出部を囲んで結合されるオーバーキャップと；を含むことを特徴とする詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器。
  2. 前記外容器の上部内側には外容器の内周面から中央部に延長されて内容物が移動する空間を形成するが、前記ポンピング部材の上部と前記排出部の下部が結合されて、前記ポンピング部材と前記排出部とを連通させる連通部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器。

  5. 前記内容器には内容器の下部外周面を囲んで段差が形成されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の詰め替え可能なポンピング式アンプル容器。
