Abstract

可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，更详细而言，涉及一种可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，该容器构成为内容器和外容器的双重容器，在外容器的上部固定排放部，替换容纳有内容物的内容器而使用，从而，当用完内容物时，只替换内容器，而可照样使用排放部，因此能减低用户的费用负担。
背景技术
一般，安瓿容器用于容纳需灭菌状态密封保管的内容物，最近，随着对美容的关心增高，出现集中管理4周至8周而改善皱纹并得到美白效果的化妆品，为容纳精华等由浓缩成分而成的高价化妆品，多使用安瓿容器。
容纳于如上所述的安瓿容器的化妆品相较于其他的化妆品，开封后保质期短，各阶段的内容物成分不同，因此，以少量单独包装内容物，多个包装物为一套。由于化妆品价格非常昂贵，为了使更多量的化妆品吸收到脸上，在容器主体的上部形成有具备球、硅胶头、刷子等涂抹器的排放部。
但是，现有安瓿容器，以少量具备多个，并在安瓿容器的上部分别形成有具备用于排放内容物的涂抹器的排放部，因此，当用完化妆品后废弃安瓿容器时，形成于各安瓿容器的上部的排放部也被一起废弃，所以，存在用户的费用负担变高的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述问题点而提出的，其目的在于，提供一种可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，该容器构成为内容器和外容器的双重容器，在外容器的上部固定排放部，替换容纳有内容物的内容器而可以使用，从而，当用完内容物时，只替换内容器，而可照样使用排放部，因此能减低用户的费用负担。
为解决所述问题，根据本发明的可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，其中，包括：内容器，容纳有内容物；抽吸部件，结合于所述内容器的上部，通过抽吸作用排放容纳于内容器的内容物；外容器，容纳有所述内容器及抽吸部件，所述外容器的下端被开放形成而能够插入或取出内容器及抽吸部件，所述外容器的下部两侧被局部切开而成，从而可以握持内容器进行替换；排放部，结合于所述外容器的上部并与所述抽吸部件连通，通过所述抽吸部件随着所述内容器的上升或下降进行抽吸作用，将内容物排放至外部；以及顶盖，在所述外容器的上部围绕所述排放部进行结合。
并且，在所述外容器的上部内侧形成有从外容器的内周面朝中央部延长而供内容物移动的空间，所述抽吸部件的上部和所述排放部的下部结合而形成连通所述抽吸部件和所述排放部的连通部。
而且，所述排放部包括：涂抹器，向用户的皮肤涂抹内容物；支撑部，容纳有所述涂抹器，用于支撑涂抹器；结合部，朝所述支撑部的下方延长形成，形成有供内容物移动的中空，并结合于所述连通部。
而且，在所述支撑部形成有用于支撑涂抹器的下部的支撑突起。
而且，在所述内容器形成有围绕内容器的下部外周面的阶梯部。
发明效果
如上所述，根据本发明具有以下效果，即将容器构成为内容器和外容器的双重容器，在外容器的上部固定排放部，替换容纳有内容物的内容器而可以使用，从而，当用完内容物时，只替换内容器，而可照样使用排放部，因此能减低用户的费用负担。

根据图1至图4，根据本发明的优选实施例的可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器包括：内容器100、抽吸部件200、外容器300、排放部400以及顶盖500。
所述内容器100用于容纳内容物，其上端被开放形成以便能排放内容物，在被开放的上部结合有抽吸部件200。
本发明中，所述内容器100被构成为可插入于外容器300或可从外容器取出，当用完容纳的内容物时，替换填充有内容物的内容器100`即可使用。
为了替换所述内容器100而从外容器300取出时，为了容易取出，优选围绕所述内容器100的下部外周面而形成阶梯部110。
如图4所示，所述内容器100通过用户的按压动作在外容器300内进行上升或下降，同时，可使抽吸部件200进行抽吸作用，从而可以排放所容纳的内容物。
所述抽吸部件200结合于所述内容器100的上部，通过抽吸作用排放容纳于内容器100的内容物，本发明中，所述抽吸部件200的上部结合于连通部310，并与排放部400连通。
从外容器300取出内容器100时，所述抽吸部件200与连通部310的结合被解除，在外容器300插入内容器100时，所述抽吸部件200结合于所述连通部310，并通过排放部400排放内容物。
所述抽吸部件200的其他的详细构成对本领域的技术人员来说是公知技术，因此省略详细说明。
所述外容器300用于容纳所述内容器100及抽吸部件200，所述外容器的下端部被开放形成以便能插入或取出内容器100及抽吸部件200，所述外容器的下部两侧局部被切开而成以便握持内容器100进行替换。
所述外容器300，其下部两侧被切开而形成，从而，不仅容易取出内容器100进行替换，而且，在用户用手指按压内容器100的下端而内容器100上升时不会与为容器300发生干扰，能顺利进行抽吸作用。
本发明中，在所述外容器300的上部内侧具备连通部310，所述连通部从外容器300的内周面朝中央部延长而形成供内容物移动的空间，在所述连通部310的下部结合有所述抽吸部件200的上部，在所述连通部310的上部结合有排放部400的下部而连通所述抽吸部件200和所述排放部400，从而，在抽吸部件200进行抽吸作用时，通过排放部400排放内容物。
在所述连通部310的内周面形成有固定突起311以防排放部400朝上方脱离。
所述排放部400结合于所述外容器300的上部，通过所述连通部310与所述抽吸部件200连通，通过所述抽吸部件200随着所述内容器100的上升或下降而进行抽吸作用，向外排放内容物，所述排放部包括涂抹器410、支撑部420及结合部430。
所述涂抹器410用于向用户的皮肤涂抹内容物，在本发明的图中举例说明了球形涂抹器，但是，可以适用硅胶头、刷子等能作为涂抹器适用的涂抹单元。
所述支撑部420容纳有所述涂抹器410，用于支撑涂抹器410，在支撑部420的内侧形成有用于支撑涂抹器410的下部的支撑突起421。

参照图5及图6，根据本发明的优选实施例的可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器的替换过程为如下；当用完容纳于内容器100的内容物时，通过外容器300的被开放的下端取出内容器100而分离内容器100和外容器300。此时，结合于内容器100的上部的抽吸部件200一起从外容器300分离。
接着，通过外容器100的被开放的下端插入填充有内容物a的内容器100`。将内容器100`插入于外容器300时，结合于内容器100的上部的抽吸部件200也一起被插入，此时，抽吸部件200的上部结合固定于外容器300的连通部310的下部。
此时，填充有内容物a的内容器100`、结合于内容器上部的抽吸部件200及围绕所述抽吸部件200而结合的再填充盖600构成为一套，在将内容器100`插入于外容器300时，脱离结合于内容器100`的上部的再填充盖600之后插入于外容器300。

内容器，容纳有内容物；
抽吸部件，结合于所述内容器的上部，通过抽吸作用排放容纳于内容器的内容物；
外容器，容纳有所述内容器及抽吸部件，所述外容器的下端被开放形成而能够插入或取出内容器及抽吸部件，所述外容器的下部两侧被局部切开而成，从而可以握持内容器进行替换；
排放部，结合于所述外容器的上部并与所述抽吸部件连通，通过所述抽吸部件随着所述内容器的上升或下降进行抽吸作用，将内容物排放至外部；以及
顶盖，在所述外容器的上部围绕所述排放部进行结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，其特征在于，在所述外容器的上部内侧形成有从外容器的内周面朝中央部延长而供内容物移动的空间，所述抽吸部件的上部和所述排放部的下部结合而形成连通所述抽吸部件和所述排放部的连通部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，其特征在于，所述排放部包括：涂抹器，向用户的皮肤涂抹内容物；支撑部，容纳有所述涂抹器，用于支撑涂抹器；结合部，朝所述支撑部的下方延长形成，形成有供内容物移动的中空，并结合于所述连通部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可再填充的抽吸式安瓿容器，其特征在于，在所述支撑部形成有用于支撑涂抹器的下部的支撑突起。
