Abstract
【解決手段】インターフェースユニット8は、生体内に挿入されるように構成され、その遠位領域に一つ又は複数のセンサ素子を設けたセンサワイヤとインターフェース接続するように構成されたセンサインターフェース回路6を備える。センサインターフェース回路6は、変数の測定データをセンサ信号として生成するように構成された測定ユニット9を備える。インターフェースユニット8は、インターフェースユニット8の異なる複数の機能を制御し管理するように構成された制御ユニット1を備える。この異なる複数の機能は、同一の時間を有する複数の連続する制御期間CPの間に所定のタスク(T1,T2,・・・TN)によって実行される。

Claims (14)
- 生体内の少なくとも1つの生理学的又はその他の変数を測定し、前記変数に応じてセンサ信号を生成するように構成された血管内の測定システム用の体外のインターフェースユニットであって、
前記変数に関するセンサ変数値に基づいてセンサ信号として生成するように構成された測定ユニットを備え、生体内に挿入され、遠位領域に1又はそれ以上のセンサ素子を設けたセンサワイヤのインターフェース接続に適合したセンサインターフェース回路と、
前記インターフェースユニットの異なる複数の機能を制御及び管理するように構成された制御ユニットと、
前記センサインターフェース回路に電力供給する電源と、を備え、
前記異なる複数の機能は同一の時間を有する複数の連続する制御期間の間に所定の複数のタスクにより実行され、各タスクの間に前記インターフェースユニットの所定の機能が実行され、
前記制御ユニットは、割り当てられたタスク時間長さを有する各所定の複数のタスクのうちのただ1つのタスクを同じ時間に実行し、制御期間が有するタスク時間スロットに、1つの制御期間における各タスクを割り当て、1つの制御期間内の前記複数のタスクを特定のタスク分離期間により分離するように構成され、
前記電源は、前記タスク分離期間の間は前記センサインターフェース回路に電力供給しないことを特徴とするインターフェースユニット。 - 前記異なる複数の機能は、前記少なくとも1つの変数の測定、測定データの処理、外部装置との無線通信、組織への電気的刺激、又は、組織の切除の実行の一つ又は複数を含むものである請求項1に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記所定のタスクは、50〜500Hzの所定の実行周波数を有する請求項1又は2に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記所定のタスクは、所定の実行周波数を有し、
前記所定の実行周波数は、前記所定のタスクの実行(制御期間の2回に一回の割合で、制御期間の3回に一回の割合で、又は、制御期間4回に1回の割合)により決定される請求項1又は2に記載のインターフェースユニット。 - 前記タスク分離期間は、10〜1000μsの範囲である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記センサインターフェース回路は、少なくとも2つの接続点を介して前記センサ素子に電源供給するように構成された2つの電流源ユニット、及びスイッチングユニットを備え、
前記スイッチングユニットは、第1の制御期間の開始から次の第2の制御期間の開始までの間に、前記2つの電流源ユニットと前記少なくとも2つの接続点との間で交互に接続を切り替えるように構成される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。 - 前記タスク時間長さは、前記電流源ユニットと前記少なくとも2つの接続点の間の各接続について略同一であり、
前記センサ変数値は前記少なくとも2つの接続点から測定される請求項6に記載のインターフェースユニット。 - 前記センサ信号は、前記電流源ユニットと前記少なくとも2つの接続点との間の第1の接続状態の際の少なくとも1つのタスク期間、及び前記電流源ユニットと前記少なくとも2つの接続点との間の前記第1の接続状態と異なる第2の接続状態の際の少なくとも1つのタスク期間から算出されるセンサ変数値に基づいて求められる、請求項6に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記複数の制御期間の前記期間が0.5〜20msである請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記複数の制御期間の前記期間が2.5msである請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記電源は、測定データの処理、外部装置との無線通信、組織への電気的刺激、組織の切除の実行を含む前記複数の機能の1つ又は複数に電力を供給するように構成される請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記インターフェースユニットは、無線接続を介して外部装置に前記センサ信号を伝送するように構成された送受信ユニット内に配置される請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 前記インターフェースユニットは、ケーブル接続を介して外部装置に前記センサ信号を伝送するように構成されたコネクタユニット内に配置されている請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のインターフェースユニット。
- 生体内の少なくとも1つの生理学的又はその他の変数の血管内測定用の測定システムにおいて、
生体内に挿入されるように構成され、遠位領域に配置されたセンサ素子を備えたセンサワイヤと、
測定データを受信するように構成された外部装置を備え、
前記センサワイヤの近位端に接続されるように構成された請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の体外のインターフェースユニットを備えることを特徴とする測定システム。
