Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンからの排気が流れる第1配管14から分岐する第2配管22に熱回収器24が設けられる。第2配管22に流れる排気量を決定する第1配管14の弁部材18は、第1アクチュエータ40および第2アクチュエータ70によって駆動される。これにより第1アクチュエータ40および第2アクチュエータ70のそれぞれの駆動回数を抑制して、耐久性を向上させる。

Claims (6)
- エンジンからの排気が流れる第1配管と、
前記第1配管から分岐し、前記排気との間で熱交換して排気熱を回収する熱回収器が配設された第2配管と、
前記第1配管から前記第2配管へ流れ込む前記排気の流量を調整する弁部材と、
前記弁部材を駆動させる複数の駆動部材と、
を備える排気熱回収装置。 - 前記複数の駆動部材は、前記熱回収器の熱媒の温度変化に基づいて前記弁部材を駆動させる第1駆動部材を含む請求項1記載の排気熱回収装置。
- 前記複数の駆動部材は、前記第1配管の雰囲気温度の変化に基づいて前記弁部材を駆動させる第2駆動部材を含む請求項1記載の排気熱回収装置。
- 前記複数の駆動部材は、請求項2記載の第1駆動部材と請求項3記載の第2駆動部材を含み、前記第2駆動部材は、前記第1駆動部材の駆動状態に拘らず、前記第1配管の雰囲気温度の変化に基づいて前記弁部材を駆動させて前記第2配管に対する前記排気の流量を減少させる排気熱回収装置。
- 複数の駆動部材は、通電により前記弁部材を駆動させる第3駆動部材を含み、前記第3駆動部材は、他の前記駆動部材の駆動状態に拘らず、通電により前記弁部材を駆動させて前記第2配管に対する前記排気の流量を減少させる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の排気熱回収装置。
- 前記複数の駆動部材のうちの一部の前記駆動部材は、他の前記駆動部材と異なるタイミングで駆動される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の排気熱回収装置。
