Abstract
【解決手段】ソレノイド型のコイル装置5は、導線30と、導線30が巻かれた巻付部20と、を含むコイル部Cと、コイル部Cを収容するハウジング10と、巻付部20とハウジング10とを締結する少なくとも1つの締結部16と、を備える。導線30は、巻付部20上で巻線方向に沿って延びると共に、巻軸方向に間隔を有する複数の延在部分31,32を含み、コイル部Cは、巻軸方向で隣り合う延在部分31a,31bの間隔D2が他の延在部分31a,31aの間隔D1よりも広くなっている拡大部35を含む。締結部16は、拡大部35に設けられている。

Claims (15)
- ソレノイド型のコイル装置であって、
導線と、前記導線が巻かれた巻付部と、を含むコイル部と、
前記コイル部を収容するハウジングと、
前記巻付部と前記ハウジングとを締結する少なくとも1つの締結部と、を備え、
前記導線は、前記巻付部上で巻線方向に沿って延びると共に、巻軸方向に間隔を有する複数の延在部分を含み、
前記コイル部は、前記巻軸方向で隣り合う前記延在部分の間隔が他の前記延在部分の間隔よりも広くなっている拡大部を含み、
前記締結部は、前記拡大部に設けられている、コイル装置。 - 前記コイル部は、前記巻付部の内部に配置された磁性部材を更に含む、請求項1に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、平板状の前記コイル部の第1面に対面する第1ハウジング部材と、前記第1ハウジング部材に固定されて、前記第1面とは反対側の第2面に対面する第2ハウジング部材と、を含む、請求項2に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記巻付部は、前記第1ハウジング部材と前記磁性部材との間に配置された第1巻付板と、前記第2ハウジング部材と前記磁性部材との間に配置された第2巻付板とを含み、
前記締結部は、前記磁性部材を貫通すると共に、前記第1巻付板と前記第2巻付板とを締結する、請求項3に記載のコイル装置。 - 前記磁性部材には孔部が設けられ、
前記第1巻付板は、前記孔部内へ突出する突出部を含み、
前記締結部は、
前記第1ハウジング部材側から前記第1巻付板の前記突出部に当接するフランジ部と、
前記フランジ部の先端側に形成されて、前記第1巻付板、前記磁性部材および前記第2巻付板を貫通する軸部と、
前記軸部の先端側に形成されて、前記第2ハウジング部材に螺着される先端部と、を含む、請求項4に記載のコイル装置。 - 前記締結部は、前記フランジ部、前記軸部および前記先端部が一体的に成形された第1ねじ部材と、前記第1ハウジング部材を貫通し前記軸部に螺着される第2ねじ部材とを含む、請求項5に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は、前記ハウジングを貫通している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は、
前記第1ハウジング部材に一体に設けられて前記第2ハウジング部材に向けて突出する第1結合部材と、
前記第2ハウジング部材に一体に設けられて前記第1ハウジング部材に向けて突出する第2結合部材と、を含み、
前記第1結合部材および前記第2結合部材の少なくとも一方が前記コイル部内に配置されると共に、前記第1結合部材と前記第2結合部材とが結合されている、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。 - 前記コイル部の前記導線は、前記巻軸方向において前記締結部の両側に延在して前記拡大部を成す第1延在部分と第2延在部分とを含み、
前記締結部と前記第2延在部分との距離は、前記締結部と前記第1延在部分との距離よりも小さく、
前記第2延在部分と、前記第2延在部分に前記巻軸方向で隣り合う第3延在部分との間隔は、前記他の延在部分の間隔よりも狭くなっている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。 - 前記締結部は、前記巻線方向および前記巻軸方向における前記巻付部の中央領域に設けられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は、前記巻線方向および前記巻軸方向における前記ハウジングの中央領域に設けられている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は、前記締結部が設けられることによる電力効率の低下が0.1%以下であるような領域に設けられている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は、前記コイル部における磁束密度が他の領域よりも低い領域に設けられている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は複数であり、複数の前記締結部は、前記巻軸方向に沿って配列されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記締結部は複数であり、複数の前記締結部は、前記巻線方向に沿って配列されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
