Abstract
【解決手段】複数の光ファイバを含むビーム放出部分と、複数の光ファイバのうちの1つの光ファイバから放出されたビームを分散させる分散要素と、分散要素を通過するビームを集中させる集光レンズと、ビームが複数の光ファイバのうちの他の光ファイバの1つに入射するように、集光レンズを通過するビームの光路を変換する光路変換光学系とを含む光処理デバイスが提供される。集光レンズの光軸は、ビーム放出部分から光路変換光学系までの光軸方向に対して傾けられる。分散要素によって得られた異なる波長を有する複数のビームの焦点深度の最大差が小さくなるように、傾き角が設定される。

Claims (9)
- 複数の光ポートと、
前記光ポートから受け取った光ビームを複数の波長成分に空間的に分散させるための分散要素と、
前記複数の波長成分を受け取り、前記波長成分のうちの少なくとも1つを前記光ポートのうちの1つに選択的に誘導するための光路変換系と、
前記光路変換系によって受け取られた前記複数の波長成分の各々を合焦するための少なくとも第1の光学要素と、
を備え、
前記光路変換系および前記少なくとも第1の光学要素が、前記波長成分のうちの1つが前記第1の光学要素によって合焦される第1の焦点面と他の波長成分の任意のものが合焦される第2の焦点面との間の距離であって、焦点距離の波長への固有の依存から生じる前記第1の焦点面と前記第2の焦点面との間の距離を減少させるように配置され、
第1の焦点面と第2の焦点面との間の距離が減少するように、前記第1の光学要素の光軸が前記光ポートの光軸に対して傾けられており、
前記第1の光学要素は単一のレンズからなり、前記第1の光学要素と前記分散要素との間にはレンズが配置されていない光処理デバイス。 - 前記第1の光学要素が、それを通る光ビームの光路をその光軸に垂直な方向に変更するように構成される、請求項1に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 前記光路変換系は、少なくとも1つの波長成分が光ポートのうちの選択された1つに誘導される前に少なくとも2回反射されるデジタルマイクロミラーデバイス(DMD)を含む、請求項1に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 前記DMDが前記波長成分を選択的に反射するための別々に作動可能なミラー要素のアレイを含み、前記光路変換系には、前記DMDからの反射波長成分を受け取り、それらを前記DMDの前記ミラー要素のうちの選択されたものに誘導して戻すための第2の光学要素がさらに含まれる、請求項3に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 複数の波長成分の各々が合焦される前記第1の焦点面および前記第2の焦点面が前記作動可能なミラー要素とほぼ一致する、請求項1に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 前記第1の光学要素が集光レンズを含む、請求項1に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 前記第2の光学要素が、前記DMDの前記ミラー要素の反射表面と向き合う反射表面を有する複数の平面ミラーを含む、請求項4に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 前記光路変換系が、前記波長成分の各々を前記光ポートのうちの異なるものに選択的に誘導するように構成される、請求項1に記載の光処理デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも第1の光学要素が複数の光学要素を含む、請求項1に記載の光処理デバイス。
