Claims (8)
- 複数の光ポートと、
調整可能な倍率を有する少なくとも2つのレンズであって、前記光ポートのうちの任意の光ポートから受けた光ビームを受ける、少なくとも2つのレンズと、
前記少なくとも2つのレンズから受けた前記光ビームを複数の波長成分に空間的に分散させる分散素子と、
前記複数の波長成分を受けるとともに前記波長成分のうちの少なくとも1つを前記光ポートのうちの所定の1つに選択的に向ける光路変更システムであって、前記光路変更システムは、少なくとも1つの波長成分が前記所定の光ポートに向けられる前に少なくとも2回反射されるデジタルマイクロミラーデバイス(DMD)と、前記DMDからの反射波長成分を受けると共に該受けた反射波長成分を前記DMDに向けて戻すための反射素子と、を含み、前記少なくとも2つのレンズの倍率が前記DMDと前記反射素子との間の間隔の変動を補償するように調整可能である、光路変更システムと、
を備える光学的処理装置。 - 前記倍率は、前記光ポートのうちの1つからの光ビームと前記所定の光ポートに選択的に向けられる前記少なくとも1つの波長成分との間のピッチが調整可能となるように、調整可能である請求項1に記載の光学的処理装置。
- 少なくとも前記レンズが、共通の光軸を有し、かつ前記共通の光軸に沿った前記少なくとも2つのレンズ間の距離が、ユーザ調整可能である請求項2に記載の光学的処理装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのレンズが、倍率を調整するために互いに対して位置的に調整可能である請求項1に記載の光学的処理装置。
- 前記レンズのうちの少なくとも1つがコリメートレンズを含む請求項4に記載の光学的処理装置。
- 前記レンズの各々がコリメートレンズである請求項4に記載の光学的処理装置。
- 前記反射素子が、前記DMDのミラー素子の反射表面と向き合う反射表面を有する複数の平面ミラーを含む請求項1に記載の光学的処理装置。
- 前記光路変更システムが、前記波長成分の各々を前記光ポートのうちの異なる光ポートに選択的に向けるように構成された請求項1に記載の光学的処理装置。
