Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る圧力容器1は、ライナー2と、口金部材3,3と、補強層4とで主に構成されている。圧力容器1は、例えば、内部に液体又は気体を収容することができる中空容器である。なお、以下の説明において、口金部材3の中心軸を「X軸」とし、X軸に直交する軸を「Y軸」とする。
次に、第二実施形態に係る圧力容器について説明する。第二実施形態に係る圧力容器は、バンドの端部の構成が第一実施形態と相違する。第二実施形態では、第一実施形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 中空部を備えたライナーと、前記ライナーの周囲を覆う補強層と、を有する圧力容器において、
前記補強層は、強化繊維で構成されたバンドを前記ライナーの周囲に巻回するとともに前記バンドを積層して形成されており、
前記補強層の各層には、隣り合う前記バンドの端部同士が重ね合わされたラップ部が形成されており、
前記ラップ部のうち隣り合う前記バンドの少なくとも一方の端部は、そのバンドの他の部位よりも薄く形成されていることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記ラップ部のうち隣り合う前記バンドの少なくとも一方の端部の単位面積当たりの強度は、そのバンドの他の部位の単位面積当たりの強度よりも高くなるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 中空部を備えたライナーと、前記ライナーの周囲を覆う補強層と、を有する圧力容器において、
前記補強層は、強化繊維で構成されたバンドを前記ライナーの周囲に巻回するとともに前記バンドを積層して形成されており、
前記補強層の各層には、隣り合う前記バンドの端部同士が重ね合わされたラップ部が形成されており、
前記ラップ部のうち隣り合う前記バンドの少なくとも一方の端部の単位面積当たりの強度は、そのバンドの他の部位の単位面積当たりの強度よりも低く形成されていることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記ラップ部のうち隣り合う前記バンドの少なくとも一方の端部は、そのバンドの他の部位よりも薄く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力容器。
- 強化繊維で構成されたバンドを構造物の周囲に巻回して前記バンドが積層された補強層を形成するフィラメントワインディング方法において、
隣り合う前記バンドの端部同士を重ね合わせてラップ部を形成しつつ、前記構造物に前記バンドを巻回する工程を含み、
前記ラップ部のうち隣り合う前記バンドの少なくとも一方の端部を、そのバンドの他の部位よりも薄くすることを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング方法。 - 強化繊維で構成されたバンドを構造物の周囲に巻回して前記バンドが積層された補強層を形成するフィラメントワインディング方法において、
隣り合う前記バンドの端部同士を重ね合わせてラップ部を形成しつつ、前記構造物に前記バンドを巻回する工程を含み、
前記ラップ部のうち隣り合う前記バンドの少なくとも一方の端部の単位面積当たりの強度を、そのバンドの他の部位の単位面積当たりの強度よりも低くすることを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング方法。
