Claims (7)
- 内周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成された円筒状のナットと、
このナットに内挿され、外周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成された中空状のねじ軸と、
前記両ねじ溝により形成される転動路に転動自在に収容された多数のボールと、
前記ねじ軸に内外の周面に貫通して前記ねじ溝の一部を切欠く駒窓が形成され、この駒窓に嵌合された駒部材と、を備え、
前記ねじ軸の軸方向で隣り合うねじ溝の間に存在するランド部を一部潰して塑性変形させて形成した加締部によって当該駒部材が前記ねじ軸に固定されていることを特徴とするボールねじ。 - 前記駒部材がMIMによって成形された焼結金属で構成されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記駒部材の加締密着部がランド部より低い段差形状に形成されている請求項1または2に記載のボールねじ。
- 内周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成された円筒状のナットと、
このナットに内挿され、外周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成された中空状のねじ軸と、
前記両ねじ溝により形成される転動路に転動自在に収容された多数のボールと、
前記ねじ軸に内外の周面に貫通して前記ねじ溝の一部を切欠く駒窓が形成され、この駒窓に嵌合された駒部材と、を備え、
前記ねじ軸の軸方向で隣り合うねじ溝の間に存在するランド部の複数箇所を一部潰して塑性変形させて形成した加締部によって当該駒部材が前記ねじ軸に固定され、その後、このねじ軸が熱処理によって表面に硬化処理が施されることを特徴とするボールねじの製造方法。 - 前記ねじ軸が高周波焼入れによって硬化処理されている請求項4に記載のボールねじの製造方法。
- 前記ねじ軸のねじ溝がポイント切削によって成形加工されている請求項4または5に記載のボールねじの製造方法。
- 前記ねじ軸のねじ溝が、熱処理後にショットピーニングによる仕上げ加工が行われている請求項4乃至6いずれかに記載のボールねじの製造方法。
