Claims (4)
- ケース内に電動機およびギヤ機構を収容するとともに、前記ギヤ機構を構成する所定のギヤの掻き上げによって該ギヤ機構を潤滑する機構と、前記ケース内に貯留されている油をオイルポンプによって圧送して前記電動機に供給して該電動機を冷却する機構とを、含んで構成される車両用駆動装置において、
前記電動機を冷却する機構は、前記オイルポンプから吐出された油を前記電動機に送るためのパイプを含み、
前記パイプは、前記ギヤ機構のうち鉛直下部が油の油面よりも鉛直上方に配置される潤滑が必要なギヤの鉛直上方を通るとともに、該パイプの前記潤滑が必要なギヤの鉛直上方を通る部位には、該パイプ内を通る油の一部を排出するための穴が形成されており、
前記パイプの穴は、該穴の法線方向と該穴から鉛直下方に向かう方向とが異なる位置に形成され、
前記穴の法線方向と重ならない位置に、前記潤滑が必要なギヤが配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記穴の法線方向には、走行風が当たる前記ケースが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置。
- エンジンと、第1電動機と、該エンジンの動力を該第1電動機および出力軸に分配する動力分配機構とが第1軸心上に配置され、前記駆動輪に動力伝達可能に構成されているカウンタ軸が第2軸心上に配置され、第2電動機および該第2電動機のロータ軸に動力伝達可能に連結されている動力伝達軸が第3軸心上に配置され、
前記カウンタ軸に形成されているカウンタドリブンギヤが、前記出力軸に形成されている出力ギヤと噛み合うとともに、前記動力伝達軸に形成されているギヤと噛み合っており、
前記潤滑が必要なギヤは、前記カウンタドリブンギヤであることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記パイプは、水平線に対して傾斜して配置され、
前記穴の法線方向には、前記電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受に油を供給するための第1キャッチタンクが、該穴から法線方向に放出された油を受ける状態で形成され、
前記穴の鉛直下方には、前記潤滑が必要なギヤに油を供給するための第2キャッチタンクが、該穴から鉛直下方に落下した油を受ける状態で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または3の車両用駆動装置。
