Abstract
【解決手段】管と、管の一端に配置されたハウジングを有するコネクタと、管の内部に配置され、長軸を有する入口通路を通ってハウジングの中に入るとともにスリーブに配置された開口部を通ってハウジングから外に出る加熱棒とを備えた加熱可能な流体配管において、スリーブには、加熱棒を取り囲み、栓(21)によってスリーブで保持されるシール材が配置されている。このような構成において、栓(21)が、関節軸を有する関節区域(24)によって相互に結合された2つの部分(22,23)を有していることが意図される。

Claims (10)
- 管(2)と、前記管(2)の一端に配置されたハウジングを有するコネクタ(3)と、前記管(2)の内部に配置され、長軸(19)を有する入口通路(6)を通って前記ハウジングの中に入るとともにスリーブ(10)に配置された開口部(11)を通って前記ハウジングから外に出る加熱棒(12)とを備えた加熱可能な流体配管(1)であって、前記スリーブ(10)には、前記加熱棒(12)を取り囲み、栓(21)によって前記スリーブ(10)で保持されるシール材(20)が配置されている、そのような流体配管において、前記栓(21)は関節軸(32)を有する関節区域によって相互に結合された少なくとも2つの部分(22,23)を有していることを特徴とする流体配管。
- 前記関節区域は前記栓(21)の前記部分(22,23)と一体的に結合されたブリッジ(24)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体配管。
- 前記栓(21)は前記加熱棒(12)と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の流体配管。
- 前記栓(21)は向かい合う2つの溶接当付ゾーン(35,36)を有しており、前記関節軸(32)は前記溶接当付ゾーン(35,36)の間の結合線と平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の流体配管。
- 前記溶接当付ゾーン(35,36)は前記長軸(19)の両側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の流体配管。
- 前記栓(21)はセンタリング突起(28,29)を有しており、前記関節軸(32)は前記センタリング突起(28,29)の間に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の流体配管。
- 前記栓(21)は貫通通路(33)を有しており、該貫通通路を通して前記加熱棒(12)が案内されており、前記貫通通路(33)には半径方向内側を向く突起(34a−34f)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の流体配管。
- 前記突起(34a−34f)は半径方向内側において半径方向外側におけるよりも短い長さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流体配管。
- 少なくとも1つの前記部分(22,23)には円周方向で少なくとも120°の間隔をおいて配置された少なくとも2つの突起(34a,34c;34d,34f)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の流体配管。
- それぞれの前記部分(22,23)の間には少なくとも部分的に前記スリーブ(10)に配置された自由空間(25)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の流体配管。
