Description
流体導管の少なくとも1つの流体導管端部が、コネクタの接続端部内へ嵌入し、流体導管の流体導管端部の領域内で少なくとも1つの補償部材が流体導管に、もしくは流体導管端部に接続されており、補償部材が少なくとも1つのばね部材を介して少なくとも1つの支持ストッパに支持可能であり、
かつ、コネクタ部分内の圧力上昇に基づいて、特にコネクタ部分内の氷圧の形成に基づいて、補償部材がコネクタ部分の内部体積を増大させながら、ばね部材の復帰力に抗して支持ストッパの方向に移動可能である。本発明の枠内において、コネクタとコネクタに接続されている流体導管とを有する接続ユニットに、特別な重要性が与えられ、その接続ユニットは、自動車内のSCRシステムの枠内で水性の尿素溶液を案内するために使用される。本発明に係る接続ユニットは、原則的に特に、自動車適用に適しており、かつ自動車内の他の流体システムにも使用することができる。
Claims (13)
- コネクタ(1)と、該コネクタ(1)に接続された少なくとも1つの流体導管(2)を有する、特に水性の尿素溶液を案内するための接続ユニットであって、前記コネクタ(1)が少なくとも2つの接続端部(3)と、該接続端部(3)を互いに結合するコネクタ部分(4)とを有しており、
前記流体導管(2)の少なくとも1つの流体導管端部(5)が、少なくとも前記コネクタ(1)の前記接続端部(3)内へ嵌入し、前記流体導管(2)の前記流体導管端部(5)の領域内で少なくとも1つの補償部材(6)が前記流体導管(2)に、もしくは前記流体導管端部(5)に接続されており、前記補償部材(6)が少なくとも1つのばね部材(7)を介して少なくとも1つの支持ストッパ(8)に支持可能であって、
かつ、前記コネクタ部分(4)内の圧力上昇に基づいて、特に前記コネクタ部分(4)内の氷圧の形成に基づいて、前記補償部材(6)が前記コネクタ部分(4)の内部体積(15)を増大させながら前記ばね部材(7)の復帰力に抗して前記支持ストッパ(8)の方向に移動可能であり、
前記コネクタ(1)を収容するコネクタハウジング(9)が設けられており、前記コネクタ(1)の接続端部(3)内へ嵌入する少なくとも1つの流体導管端部(5)、及び流体導管端部(5)の領域内に接続されている前記補償部材(6)が、対応づけられた前記ばね部材(7)と共に前記コネクタハウジング(9)内に収容されており、
前記補償部材(6)が、前記コネクタ(1)の外部かつ前記コネクタハウジング(9)の内部に配置されている、
接続ユニット。 - 前記コネクタ(1)が少なくとも3つの接続端部(3)、特に3つの接続端部(3)を有し、前記コネクタ部分(4)が前記少なくとも3つの接続端部(3)を互いに結合する、請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記3つの接続端部(3)の2つがそれぞれ、120°もしくは約120°の角度を形成する、請求項2に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記コネクタ(1)の少なくとも2つの接続端部(3)において、好ましくは各接続端部(3)において、流体導管(2)の流体導管端部(5)が前記接続端部(3)内へ嵌入し、各流体導管端部(5)の領域内で少なくとも1つの補償部材(6)が前記流体導管(2)もしくは前記流体導管端部(5)に接続されており、かつ、各補償部材(6)がそれぞれ少なくとも1つのばね部材(7)を介して少なくとも1つの支持ストッパ(8)に支持可能であるか、または支持されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの補償部材(6)のための少なくとも1つの支持ストッパ(8)が、コネクタハウジング(9)内に配置されており、かつ好ましくは前記コネクタハウジング(9)の構成部分である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 支持ストッパ(8)が、対応づけられた流体導管(2)もしくは対応づけられた流体導管端部(5)の長手方向に対して横方向に、好ましくは垂直に、もしくは実質的に垂直に配置された、コネクタハウジング(9)のハウジング部材として、特にハウジング壁(10)として、形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記補償部材(6)が、対応づけられた流体導管端部(5)と、もしくは対応づけられた流体導管(2)と、堅固に結合されている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記補償部材(6)が、対応づけられた流体導管端部(5)と、もしくは対応づけられた流体導管(2)と、一体結合及び/又は形状結合及び/又は力ばめで結合されている、請求項7に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記補償部材(6)が、対応づけられた流体導管端部(5)もしくは対応づけられた流体導管(2)の外表面(11)から張り出している、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記補償部材(6)が、対応づけられた流体導管端部(5)もしくは対応づけられた流体導管(2)の長手方向に対して横方向、特に垂直もしくは実質的に垂直に配置された補償フランジを有し、前記補償フランジが少なくとも1つのばね部材(7)を介して支持ストッパ(8)に支持可能であるか、または支持されている、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記流体導管(2)が加熱可能な流体導管(2)として形成されており、かつ/又は前記コネクタ(1)が加熱可能なコネクタ(1)として形成されている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記コネクタ(1)が、該コネクタ(1)の流体通路(12)内へ、かつ/又は流体導管端部(5)の内部空間(13)内へ張り出す少なくとも1つの加熱部材(14)によって加熱可能もしくは加熱される、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 補償部材/前記補償部材(6)が、前記コネクタ(1)を加熱するために設けられている加熱部材(14)を包囲している、請求項12に記載の接続ユニット。
