Description
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの継手(1)、特に少なくとも1つの迅速継手と、該継手(1)に接続された少なくとも1つの媒体管路(2)とを有する継手装置あるいは原動機付き車両用継手装置であって、前記媒体管路(2)が加熱されており、特に該媒体管路(2)に沿って延びる少なくとも1つの加熱手段によって電気的に加熱されており、前記継手(1)と前記媒体管路(2)の間の移行領域(4)に少なくとも1つの熱伝導要素(3)が配置されており、該熱伝導要素(3)が、第1の熱伝導部分(5)において前記媒体管路(2)内へ延在し、第2の熱伝導部分(6)において前記継手(1)内へ延在しており、前記媒体管路(2)の電気的な加熱によって、前記熱伝導要素(3)が加熱されるか、あるいは間接的に加熱される、特に前記継手(1)の範囲まで加熱されるか、あるいは間接的に加熱されることを特徴とする継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素の長さの少なくとも15%が、前記媒体管路(2)の電気的に加熱される管路部分(7)内へ延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の継手装置。
- 前記媒体管路(2)が、前記継手(1)に嵌合し、かつ、前記継手(1)に結合されている、特に材料結合式に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の継手装置。
- 前記媒体管路(2)が、該媒体管路(2)の周囲に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの加熱手段あるいは加熱要素を用いて、特に前記媒体管路(2)の周囲に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの加熱ワイヤ(9)を用いて電気的に加熱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記媒体管路(2)が、内側パイプ(10)と、該内側パイプ(10)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する少なくとも1つの包囲パイプ(11)とを備えており、前記少なくとも1つの加熱手段あるいは加熱要素、特に前記少なくとも1つの加熱ワイヤ(9)が前記内側パイプ(10)と前記包囲パイプ(11)の間に配置され、前記内側パイプ(10)の周囲に巻き付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記媒体管路(2)あるいは該媒体管路(2)の前記内側パイプ(10)が、前記包囲パイプを有さない、前記継手に接続された端部分(12)を備えており、該端部分(12)が、少なくとも部分的に電気的に加熱されており、前記少なくとも1つの加熱手段あるいは前記加熱要素を固定するための少なくとも1つの固定要素が前記端部分(12)上に配置あるいは固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)が、前記第1の熱伝導部分(5)において、前記端部分(12)に、あるいは前記媒体管路(2)の電気的に加熱された前記端部分(12)に嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)が、間接的にのみ加熱され、該熱伝導要素(3)の直接的な加熱あるいは直接的な電気的な加熱が行われないことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)あるいは該熱伝導要素(3)の前記第1の熱伝導要素(5)が、前記媒体管路(2)の内壁(13)、特に前記媒体管路(2)の前記端部分(12)の内壁(13)に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)が、圧力ばめによって、あるいは圧力ばめを介して、少なくとも部分的に、前記媒体管路(2)の前記内壁(13)あるいは前記媒体管路(2)の前記端部分(12)の前記内壁に接触しており、当該熱伝導要素の全周にわたって、あるいは本質的に当該熱伝導要素の全周にわたって前記媒体管路(2)の前記内壁(13)あるいは前記媒体管路(2)の前記端部分(12)の前記内壁(13)に接触していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)が、少なくとも部分的に、前記継手(1)の内壁(14)に対して間隔をもって、及び/又は前記継手(1)に接続されているか、あるいは前記継手(1)に嵌挿された配管(16)の内壁(15)に対して間隔をもって配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)の長さの少なくとも20%が前記継手(1)内へ延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記継手(1)が、前記熱伝導要素(3)による加温あるいは加熱以外には加熱されないように構成され、特に電気的に加熱されないように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)が線形にあるいは本質的に線形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記熱伝導要素(3)が、その長さLの少なくとも一部にわたって、コイルバネとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の継手装置。
