Abstract

本發明的課題為提供一種附接頭管,在接頭彼此連接時盡可能地抑制漏液等。其解決手段之本發明的附接頭管(10)是在管子(20)的前端部(22)射出成形而形成接頭(30)的附接頭管(10),上述管子(20)的前端部(22)是配置在比上述接頭(30)的前端部(32)更後退的位置,至少一部份是被上述接頭(30)所包覆。在比上述接頭(30)的前端部(32)更後退位置向外突設有凸緣(36),上述管子(20)的前端部(22)是以配置在比上述凸緣(36)更進一步後退的位置為佳。

Description

附接頭管
本發明是有關在前端設置接頭的管子,更詳細而言關於在接頭彼此連接時盡可能地抑制漏液等的附接頭管。
半導體等電子技術領域、醫藥領域、生物技術領域等的製造、清洗、組裝等的各種裝置中,在原料用流體、清洗用流體、燃料用流體等的供應、移送使用含氟樹脂製的管子。
該等管子提出有在前端設有接頭的附接頭管(例如參閱專利文獻1)。該附接頭管雖不是使用於上述領域,但是以將管子的前端與接頭的前端對其於同一平面上進行接頭射出成形。

但是,管子的前端是以裁斷所形成,因此在裁斷面會有凹凸,裁斷面不垂直而成傾斜。如以上的場合,連接接頭彼此時,在相對的管子的前端間形成間隙,會有漏液等的產生之虞。
本發明的目的為提供一種附接頭管,在接頭彼此連接時盡可能地抑制漏液等。
本發明的附接頭管是在管子的前端部射出成形而形成接頭的附接頭管,上述管子的前端部是配置在比上述接頭的前端部更後退的位置,至少一部份是被上述接頭所包覆。
在比上述接頭的前端部更後退位置向外突設有凸緣,上述管子的前端部是以配置在比上述凸緣更進一步後退的位置為佳。
上述接頭是以在上述管子的前端部與上述凸緣之間朝外圍形成有凹陷為佳。
根據本發明的附接頭管,形成包覆管子的前端部的至少一部份的接頭,可形成管子的前端部不露出於 附接頭管的前端的構成。因此即使在管子的前端有凹凸或傾斜,附接頭管的前端為接頭,且接頭可以射出成形所形成,尺寸差異小,並可形成高精度的連接面形狀。因此,在直接或使用接合件等連接附接頭管彼此時,接頭的前端部成為連接面,管子的前端部不會成為連接面,因此在管子的前端部即使有凹凸或傾斜仍不致有漏液等的產生之虞。
並且,接頭不僅是管子的周圍面,並包覆管子的前端部的至少一部份,採取管子與接頭的長熔敷量,可提升接合強度,並盡可能地抑制漏液等。

以下,針對本發明之一實施形態的附接頭管10,一邊參閱圖式一邊進行說明。
第1圖為本發明之一實施形態的附接頭管10的剖視圖。如圖表示,附接頭管10具備:中空的管子 20,及設置在管子20的前端部22的接頭30。並且,附接頭管10、10彼此是直接或可透過第2圖表示的接合件40連接。
附接頭管10在製造、清洗、組裝等的裝置中,可使用於原料用流體、清洗用流體、燃料用流體等的供應、移送。通過附接頭管10的內部的流體雖可例示液體或氣體,但可依需要在液體或流體中混合粉體或粒體。該等流體為可燃性、非燃性的其中之一皆可。
管子20是可採用含氟樹脂材料等的熱熔融性的材料。該種的含氟樹脂材料以四氟乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物(PAF)為適當,其他可例示如氟乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP)、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-偏二氟乙烯三元共聚物等。並且,管子20的材料或特性不限於上述。
管子20是例如可設直徑3mm~60mm、厚度0.5mm~5mm、長度0.05m~200m。並且,管子20是可選擇直管、螺旋管、彎曲管等,種種的形狀。
在管子20的前端部22藉射出成形形成接頭30。
接頭30是可採用含氟樹脂材料等的熱熔融性的材料。該種的含氟樹脂材料以四氟乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物(PAF)為適當,其他可例示如氟乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP)、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-偏二氟乙烯三元共聚物等。並且,接頭30的材料或特性不限於上述,也可適當採用與管子20同種的材料。
接頭30是如第1圖表示,為管子20的前端部22附近的周圍面4,及包覆前端部22的至少一部份,接頭30的前端部32比管子20的前端部22更突出的構成,即管子20的前端部22位在比接頭30的前端部32更後退位置的構成。並且,前端部22的至少一部份也可以是環狀的前端部22的全面,也可以是僅前端部22的外圍側,或前端部22的一處或複數處。
設管子20的前端部22比接頭30的前端部32更為後退,藉此管子20的前端部22不露出於成為附接頭管10之連接面的前端,使得附接頭管10的連接面藉射出成形的接頭30的前端部32構成。藉射出成形所製作的接頭30的前端部32可成為精度高的連接面形狀。因此,在直接或使用接合件40連接附接頭管10、10彼此時,接頭30的前端部32成為連接面,管子20的前端部22不成為連接面,因此在管子20的前端部22即使有凹凸或傾斜仍不致有漏液等的產生之虞。
並且,管子20不僅在周圍面24,前端部22的至少一部份被熔敷於接頭30,因此與僅周圍面24被熔敷於接頭30的場合比較,採取長的熔敷量,可提升其接合強度。因此,伴隨著流體的搬運即使振動或壓力作用於附接頭管10,可防止管子20與接頭30之間產生間隙,或接頭30從管子20脫離。並且,如第1圖表示形成包覆管子20的環狀之前端部22全面的接頭30,藉以使管子20與接頭30的貫穿孔33無階差平順地連接,可抑制通 過內部之流體的配管阻力。
針對接頭30的形狀,進一步詳細說明時,接頭30形成有與管子20連通的貫穿孔33。又,本實施形態是如第1圖及第2圖表示,接頭30的前端部32是形成向外圍擴徑,內側嵌合有構成接合件40的密封構件41(參閱第2圖)之被卡合部42的環狀的卡合部34。並且,前端部32的後方,在外圍凹設有環狀的第1凹陷35,鈎掛構成接合件40的夾子43的爪片44。
在接頭30比上述第1凹陷35後退的位置突設有凸緣36。凸緣36在連接附接頭管10時,可使用於推壓夾具。
並且,本實施形態在比凸緣36後退的位置,在外圍形成有第2凹陷37,管子20的前端部22與形成在較此第2凹陷37更後退位置的筒狀部38接合。例如,筒狀部38是如第2圖表示,可以嵌入第2凹陷37與接頭30的後端部39的剖面字型的支架50支撐。支架50為直接支撐管子20的構成時,雖會有使得管子20磨損之虞,但是如第2圖支撐接頭30時,則可解決如此的問題。
上述構成的附接頭管10、10是如第2圖表示,可使用環狀的接合件40。接合件40可由抵接於接頭30的前端部32的環狀的密封構件41,及嵌入相對的接頭30的前端部32彼此的外圍而維持連結狀態的夾子43所構成。密封構件41具有連通於接頭30之貫穿孔33的孔 46,在其周緣形成有環狀的被卡合部42。並且,夾子43為剖面大致字型,兩側突設有爪片44。
如第1圖及第2圖表示,將與管子20接合的筒狀部38設置在比第2凹陷37更後退的位置,藉此增厚筒狀部38可使其具強度。並且,由於在前端部32、第1凹陷35、凸緣36及第2凹陷37未插入管子20,因此無須擴大該等的外徑即可具備強度。可設小的接頭30的外徑,在並排配置附接頭管10時,也具有可以使附接頭管10彼此的間隔變窄的優點。
隨後,附接頭管10、10可以下述的要領連接。
首先,朝著一方的附接頭管10的接頭30的前端部32壓入密封構件41,將密封構件41的被嵌合部42嵌入接頭30的卡合部34。接著,將另一方的附接頭管10的接頭30的前端部32從相反側與密封構件41卡合。並且,使接頭30、30與密封構件41密接地一邊以夾具推壓凸緣36,並裝設夾子43,將夾子43的爪片44嵌入至接頭30的第1凹陷35,藉此以接合件40氣密且液密地連接附接頭管10、10。
連接後的附接頭管10、10是如第2圖表示,在精度高的接頭30、30的前端部32、32與密封構件41抵接之後,可氣密且液密地進行連接,防止漏液等。
並且,在設置連接於製造、清洗、組裝等的裝置的附接頭管10、10時,根據需要,如第2圖表示可 以剖面字型的支架50支撐接頭30。以支架50支撐接頭30,和以支架支撐管子20的場合比較可抑制管子20的磨損。
上述構成的附接頭管10是可將接頭30射出成形於管子20製作。例如,模具30是如第3圖表示,由分割成左右的固定模61與活動模64,及可從下方接近固定模61與活動模64的滑動銷68所構成,形成配合成形之接頭30的形狀的凹凸。並且,在固定模61及活動模64形成有管子20插穿的插穿孔62,並且滑動銷68在相對位置具備銷65嵌入的嵌合孔66。管子20被插入於銷65,保持在模具60內。
在固定模61形成有與模具60內的空腔67連通的澆口63。澆口63是如第3圖表示,以設置在與管子20的熔敷點接近的位置為佳。
上述構成的模具60中,將管子20嵌入銷65,在展開狀態的模具60設定管子20及銷65封閉模具60。並且,根據需要對管子20進行預熱,通過澆口63將熔融樹脂注入空腔67,可藉此成形與管子20熔敷以包覆管子20的周圍面24及前端部22全面的接頭30。
並且,僅以接頭30包覆管子20的前端部22的外圍的場合,只需在銷65形成段部,進行射出成形使得僅管子20的前端部22的外圍露出至空腔67內即可。
上述說明是作為本發明說明之用,申請專利範圍並非用於限定記載的發明,或限縮其範圍。並且,本 發明的各部構成不僅限於上述實施例,當然可在申請專利範圍記載的技術範圍內進行種種的變形。
例如,接頭30只要是比管子20的前端部22突出,包覆管子20的周圍面24及前端部22的至少一部份即可,當然對於前端32的形狀或凸緣36等的形狀,或其有無不為上述實施形態所限定。
並且,附接頭管10彼此的連接也並非僅藉由上述及圖示的接合件40進行。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種附接頭管,係於管子的前端部射出成形而形成接頭的附接頭管,其特徵為:上述管子的前端部是配置在比上述接頭的前端部更後退的位置,至少一部份是被上述接頭所包覆。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載的附接頭管,其中,在比上述接頭的前端部更後退位置向外突設有凸緣,上述管子的前端部是配置在比上述凸緣更為後退的位置。
