Abstract
【解決手段】上記課題を解決するため、本発明の加熱・保温管の配管構造は、気体又は液体が移送される導管内にヒータ線が挿通された加熱・保温管の配管構造であって、複数本のヒータ線を並列に接続したことを特徴とする。また、上記加熱・保温管の配管構造において、前記加熱・保温管の端部に管継手を接続させてあり、配管全長が複数本の加熱・保温管によって構成され、管継手を介してヒータ線に送電するリード線が引き出されているものとしてもよい。

Description
この実施例の加熱・保温管1は、図1に示すように、流体Fを一方の機器M1から他方の機器M2へと移送する途中において所定の温度まで昇温せしめるものであり、前記機器M1、M2相互間を三本の加熱・保温管1によって流路を形成し、各加熱・保温管1内部に挿通された三本のヒータ線HLがリード線LLを介して電源に対して並列に接続された配管構造としてある。ここで、電源の電圧をV、ヒータ線HLの抵抗をRとし、電圧Vは常に一定であるとすると、3本のヒータ線HLを直列に接続した場合の発熱量はV2/3Rとなり、3本のヒータ線HLを並列に接続した場合の発熱量は3V2/Rとなり、直列に接続した場合の9倍の発熱量となる。
加熱・保温管1は、図1に示すように、導管10内部にヒータ線HLを挿通してなるものとしており、三本のうちの中央の加熱・保温管1では導管10の両端に管継手2、3が接続されており、両サイドの加熱・保温管1、1では導管10の一端にそれぞれ管継手4、4が接続されている。そして、中央の加熱・保温管1の管継手2、3と両サイドの加熱・保温管1、1の管継手4、4とをそれぞれ連結することにより、1本の長尺な加熱・保温管1を形成している。
(1)この加熱・保温管1の配管構造では、複数本のヒータ線HLを並列に接続する構成を採っているため、電源からの電圧が一定で、配管の全長が長くなる場合でも、ヒータ線HLの一本あたりの発熱量を許容範囲内に維持することができ、長尺の移送が可能となる。したがって、この発明の加熱・保温管1の接続構造は、可変長ヒータと同じ原理を発生することになるが、可変長ヒータが有する製造コストが高いといった問題や、線径が太く、機械特性に弱いといった問題がないため、より使い勝手が良い。
上記実施例1では、ヒータ線HLに関し、図2に示すように、管継手2側から導管10内に挿通されたヒータ線HLが管継手3と導管10との接続部付近(管継手3の竹の子状継手部20内部)において折り返されて再び管継手2内に戻る構造としたが、これに限らず、図5に示すように、管継手3の管部21付近まで、あるいは相手方(正面視右側)の管継手4や導管10内まで延接されるものとしてもよい。このようなものでは、管継手3、4内部における液体の加熱・保温性能をより向上できる。

Claims (4)
- 気体又は液体が移送される導管内にヒータ線が挿通された加熱・保温管の配管構造であって、複数本のヒータ線を並列に接続したことを特徴とする加熱・保温管の配管構造。
- 前記加熱・保温管の端部に管継手を接続させてあり、配管全長が複数本の加熱・保温管によって構成され、管継手を介してヒータ線に送電するリード線が引き出されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加熱・保温管の配管構造。
- 前記ヒータ線が前記導管及びこれに接続された管継手内部に挿通され、又は前記管継手及び相手方の導管内部に挿通されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の配管構造。
- 発熱量が異なるヒータ線が、少なくとも一本配線されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載の配管構造。
