Claims (7)
- 前記式(2)の水素化開環メタセシス重合体のアルキル置換基R↓3、R↓4がともに水素からなり、前記(3)式の水素化開環メタセシス重合体との共重合比率が重量比40:60〜99:1からなる共重合体であって、透明性とガラス転移温度120℃〜155℃の耐熱性を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記透明電極の周囲3方向に引き回し回路を形成せず、残り1方向の額縁部にのみ引き回し回路を形成して、該残り1方向の額縁部を除く基体シート全面がセンシング可能なタッチスクリーン部となることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記透明電極はフォトリソグラフィー法およびエッチング法からパターニングされたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記透明電極が、非結晶または低結晶の金属酸化物により形成され、透明電極のパターン形成後に、遠赤外線の照射により該金属酸化物の結晶化を促進させた請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記透明電極の一部上に導体金属からなる引き回し回路が形成され、該引き回し回路の一部が外気に露出した状態で構成され、該引き回し回路の外気に露出した箇所が集積回路チップを実装するか又は外部回路へ接続するための接続端子となっており、該露出したままの接続端子上に脱着が容易な保護シートが被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ。
