Abstract
【解決手段】摺動部材11は、基材12上に、摺動層13を備えている。摺動層13を、表面の軟質層14と、その下面側のDLC層15とから構成する。軟質層14を、ヤング率Eが6〜30GPaであり、硬さHtが0.2〜3.0GPaであり、且つ、それらの比の値[E/Ht]を、10〜30とする。DLC層15を、硬さHdが、5〜60GPaとする。

T≦2のときに、Hd×T≧6であり、
2<T≦3.2のときに、Hd×(T−2)≦6
となるように構成することができる(請求項2の発明)。
T≦2の場合には、Hd×T≧6であり、
2<T≦3.2の場合には、Hd×(T−2)≦6
となるように構成されている。
Claims (2)
- 基材の表面側に、複数層からなる摺動層を有する摺動部材であって、
前記摺動層は、最表面に炭素基の軟質層を備えると共に、前記軟質層の直下にダイヤモンドライクカーボン層を備え、
前記軟質層は、ヤング率Eが6〜30GPaであり、硬さHtが0.2〜3.0GPaであり、且つ、それらの比の値[E/Ht]が、10〜30であり、
前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン層は、硬さHdが、5〜60GPaであることを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記軟質層の厚み寸法T(μm)と、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン層の硬さHd(GPa)との関係は、
T≦2のときに、Hd×T≧6であり、
2<T≦3.2のときに、Hd×(T−2)≦6であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
