Abstract
【解決手段】磁石172が配置された反応容器171内の混合液を測定温度Tmに昇温する恒温部29と、反応容器171内を洗浄するための第1の洗浄液を測定温度Tmよりも低い洗浄温度Twに冷却する冷却部48と、洗浄温度Tmに冷却された第1の洗浄液を用いて混合液が排出された反応容器171内を洗浄する第2洗浄ノズル34とを備え、第2洗浄ノズル34は、磁石172により凝集塊60が吸着された反応容器171内面に向けて洗浄温度Twに冷却された第1の洗浄液を吐出し、吐出した第1の洗浄液を吸引する。

Description
分析部10における検査項目A1の第1試薬を収容する試薬容器13が第1試薬庫15内の試薬ラック14に保持され、第2試薬を収容する試薬容器13が第2試薬庫16内の試薬ラック14に保持されている。対象物質Aを分析するために例えば血清や血漿等の被検試料が収容された試料容器11が分析部10のサンプルテーブル12に載置された後、操作部98から測定を開始する入力が行われると、自動分析装置100は動作を開始する。

Claims (5)
- 試料及び試薬を反応容器に分注し、前記反応容器内における前記試料及び試薬の混合液を測定する自動分析装置において、
前記反応容器内の混合液を測定温度に昇温する恒温部と、
前記反応容器内を洗浄するための洗浄液を前記測定温度よりも低い洗浄温度に冷却する冷却部と、
前記洗浄温度に冷却された前記洗浄液を用いて前記混合液が排出された前記反応容器内を洗浄する洗浄ノズルとを
備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 前記試薬は、
対象物質を含まない前記混合液中において、前記測定温度で凝集し、前記測定温度よりも低い分散温度以下の温度で分散する熱応答性高分子及び磁性粒子を有する第1次反応体と、
前記対象物質を含む前記混合液中において、前記測定温度で前記第1次反応体と共に前記対象物質と結合して形成される結合体の凝集を阻止する第2次反応体とを含有し、
前記測定温度に昇温された前記反応容器内の前記対象物質を含む前記混合液中で余剰の前記第1次反応体が凝集して形成される凝集塊を引き寄せる、当該反応容器外面又はこの反応容器外面近傍に配置された磁石を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動分析装置。 - 前記洗浄温度は、前記分散温度よりも低い温度であり、
前記洗浄ノズルは、前記凝集塊が引き寄せられた前記反応容器内面に向けて前記洗浄温度に冷却された前記洗浄液を吐出し、吐出した前記洗浄液を吸引して洗浄を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動分析装置。 - 前記恒温部は、前記反応容器及びこの反応容器内の混合液を測定温度に昇温するための熱媒体を収容する恒温槽、並びにこの恒温槽から前記熱媒体を排出する排出ポンプを有し、
前記洗浄ノズルは、前記恒温槽から前記熱媒体が排出された後、前記洗浄温度に冷却された前記洗浄液を用いて前記反応容器内を洗浄することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の自動分析装置。 - 前記試薬を収容する試薬容器、前記洗浄液を収容する洗浄容器、前記試薬容器内の試薬及び前記洗浄容器内の洗浄液を前記分散温度よりも低い冷蔵温度に保冷する試薬庫、前記試薬容器内の試薬を前記反応容器に分注する試薬分注プローブ、及び前記反応容器内の混合液を撹拌する撹拌子を有し、
前記試薬分注プローブは、前記恒温槽から前記熱媒体が排出された後、前記洗浄容器内の前記冷蔵温度に保冷された前記洗浄容器内の洗浄液を吸引して前記混合液が排出された前記反応容器内に吐出し、
前記撹拌子は、前記試薬分注プローブにより吐出された前記反応容器内の洗浄液を撹拌し、
前記洗浄ノズルは、前記撹拌子が撹拌した洗浄液が排出された前記反応容器内を前記洗浄温度に冷却された前記洗浄液を用いて洗浄することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動分析装置。
