Abstract
【解決手段】電動ファンのためのインペラ(1)は、電気モータのロータに連結するための中心ハブ(2)を有し、該ハブから複数のブレード(3)が延びている。ハブ(2)は、環状側壁(2b)に連結される端壁(2a)を有するボウル状の形状であり、その端壁(2a)は、円周方向に互いに離間している複数のスロット(5)を有し、スロット(5)は、半径方向に対して同じ方向に傾いている。複数のリブ(6)は、スロット(5)間の端壁(2a)の内面(2c)から突出しており、リブも半径方向に対して前記同じ方向に傾いており、内側ファンブレードとして働くようになっている。リブ(6)は、所定の位置に、少なくとも1つの実質的に横方向の切抜き部又は遮断部(6a、6b、6c)を有する。

Claims (4)
- 電気モータのロータに連結されるように構成され、少なくともほぼ円筒形の環状側壁に連結される端壁を有する実質的にボウル状の形状を有する中心ハブと、
前記ハブから延びている複数のブレードと、
前記ハブの端壁に形成され、円周方向に互いに離間しており、半径方向に対して同じ方向に傾いている複数のスロットと、
前記スロット間の前記ハブの前記端壁の内面から突出しており、半径方向に対して前記同じ方向に傾いており、内側ファンブレードとして働くようになされた複数のリブと、
を備える、電動ファンのためのインペラであって、
前記リブは、所定の位置に、少なくとも1つの実質的に横方向の切抜き部又は遮断部を有することを特徴とするインペラ。 - 前記ハブの前記リブの各々は、その両端のそれぞれに、実質的に横方向の切抜き部又は遮断部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインペラ。
- 前記ハブの前記リブの各々は、その中間部の1つに、実質的に横方向の切抜き部又は遮断部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のインペラ。
- 前記ハブの前記リブの前記1つ以上の切抜き部又は遮断部は、前記ハブと実質的に同軸である1つ以上の円周上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載のインペラ。
