Claims (8)
- 本質的にカップ形状の中心ハブを備え、前記ハブは、複数の連結点で電気モータのロータに連結されるように構成されている前壁と、複数の外側ブレードが延びている側壁とを有し、使用時にファンが回転する軸を有する、冷却ファンモジュールのための軸流ファンであって、
前記ハブの前記前壁に複数の開口部が形成され、前記各開口部は対応する連結点と前記側壁との間に位置し、前記各開口部は、前記ハブの軸に対して円周方向に延び、関連する連結点よりも両方向に延びており、これにより、作動時に前記モータから前記ハブの前記前壁に伝わる振動は、前記ハブの前記側壁に向かって伝播する際、半径方向の経路よりも長い経路をたどるようになっており、
前記前壁は実質的に円形であり、前記複数の開口部の各々は互いに切り離されており閉じた端部を有しており、
前記開口部の数は前記連結点の数と等しい、
ことを特徴とするファン。 - 前記ハブの前記前壁の開口部は、円弧状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 各連結点において、前記ファンの前記ハブの前記前壁は、前記ハブを前記モータのロータに固定するための固定部材を受けるための貫通穴を有し、前記開口部の円周方向の延長部は、少なくとも、対応する貫通穴の直径の3倍に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のファン。
- 前記開口部の円周方向の延長部は、各方向において、対応する貫通穴の直径の実質的に5倍であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のファン。
- 前記前壁はさらに、前記ハブの軸に整列された中央の穴を有する、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記各開口部は、前記ハブの前記側壁から前記前壁の一部分だけ半径方向に離れている、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記複数の連結点は、それぞれが実質的に前記開口部の中央位置に対応している、請求項2に記載のファン。
- 前記前壁には、円周方向に沿って間隔を置いて複数の補助開口部が形成され、前記複数の補助開口部の少なくとも1つの半径方向内側は、対応する前記開口部の半径方向外側と接続されている、請求項1に記載のファン。
