Abstract
【解決手段】油圧室13に対して油圧を供給・排出するアクチュエータ12によりベーン17を介して偏心スリーブ11を回転させ、大端部6の支持穴とクランクピン5との位置を偏心させ、ピストンの移動状態を高圧縮比の状態もしくは低圧縮比の状態に切換える。

Claims (4)
- 気筒内を往復移動するピストンの支持軸に小端部の支持穴が枢支されると共に、クランクシャフトの支持軸に大端部の支持穴が枢支されるコネクティングロッドと、
前記小端部もしくは前記大端部の前記支持穴と前記支持軸との間に回転自在に介装され、前記小端部もしくは前記大端部の前記支持穴の中心軸を前記支持軸の中心軸に対して変位させる偏心スリーブと、
前記偏心スリーブを回転駆動させるアクチュエータとを備えた
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置において、
前記アクチュエータは、
前記コネクティングロッドの前記小端部もしくは前記大端部及び前記偏心スリーブの間に形成される油圧室と、
前記油圧室に印加される油圧力を前記偏心スリーブに伝達する伝達手段とを有し、
前記油圧室に印加される油圧を制御することで前記偏心スリーブの回転を制御する制御手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置。 - 請求項2に記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置において、
前記偏心スリーブは、
前記コネクティングロッドの前記大端部の支持穴と前記クランクシャフトの支持軸との間に配置される
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置。 - 請求項3に記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置において、
前記油圧室は、
前記コネクティングロッドの前記大端部の前記支持穴に形成されている
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の可変圧縮比装置。
