Claims (5)
- レーザ光を出射するレーザ部と、
内部空間に発光ガスが封入された発光封体と、
互いに対向するように前記内部空間に配置された対向電極と、
前記レーザ光を前記対向電極間に導光する光学系と、を備え、
前記レーザ光は、前記対向電極間を結ぶライン上からずれた位置に集光すると共に、前記ラインを含むようにレーザ支持光を点灯可能なエネルギー密度を有する点灯可能領域を形成することを特徴とする光源装置。 - 前記レーザ光の一部分の集光位置を他部分の集光位置に対して前記レーザ光の光軸方向に変化させる集光制御部を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光源装置。
- 前記集光制御部は、前記レーザ光に対して透過性を有する透明媒体を前記レーザ光に対して駆動させる透明媒体駆動部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光源装置。
- 前記透明媒体駆動部は、前記透明媒体を前記レーザ光に対して進退させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の光源装置。
- 前記レーザ光の一部分の集光位置を他部分の集光位置に対して前記レーザ光の光軸方向に交差する方向に変化させる集光制御部を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光源装置。
