Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも2つの液圧バルブの合流相互接続系と、液圧バルブの少なくとも1つの消費部相互接続系とを備え、上記合流相互接続系の出力部は、上記消費部相互接続系の入力部と液圧的に接続されており、上記消費部相互接続系には、少なくとも1つの逆流バルブR1,R2が設けられている。本発明によれば、消費部戻り体積流を絞るための上記少なくとも1つの逆流バルブR1,R2は、消費部流入圧力に応じて開閉し、かつブッシング6b内に配置された少なくとも1つの主ピストン5bと、上記ブッシング6bとは別個の蓋2b内に配置された少なくとも2つの別のピストン9b,12bとを備える。

Claims (10)
- 可動式機械の少なくとも1つの液圧消費部(V1)を制御/調節するための液圧バルブ装置であって、
上記液圧バルブ装置は、
少なくとも2つの液圧バルブの合流相互接続系と、
液圧バルブの少なくとも1つの消費部相互接続系とを備え、
上記合流相互接続系の出力部は、上記消費部相互接続系の入力部と液圧的に接続されており、
上記消費部相互接続系には、少なくとも1つの逆流バルブ(R1,R2)が設けられ、
消費部戻り体積流を絞るべく、上記少なくとも1つの逆流バルブ(R1,R2)は、消費部流入圧力に応じて開閉し、かつブッシング(6b)内に配置された少なくとも1つの主ピストン(5b)と、上記ブッシング(6b)とは別個の蓋(2b)内に配置された少なくとも2つの別のピストン(9b,12b)とを備えることを特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液圧バルブ装置において、
上記少なくとも1つの逆流バルブ(R1,R2)が、消費部圧力を最大圧力レベルに制限するための圧力制限機能を備えることを特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の液圧バルブ装置において、
外部からの制御信号に応じて、上記消費部戻り体積流を絞ることを特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の液圧バルブ装置において、
少なくとも1つの合流バルブ/流入バルブ(S1,S2,Z1,Z2)が上記合流相互接続系及び/又は消費部相互接続系に配置され、
上記少なくとも1つの合流バルブ/流入バルブ(S1,S2,Z1,Z2)が、少なくとも2つのピストン(4a,10a)を備え、
主ピストン(4a)と反動ピストン(10a)が、互いに別々の要素に配置されていることを特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の液圧バルブ装置において、
上記合流相互接続系が、合流相互接続系に設けられた出力部に供給される体積流を合計又は分割することを特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の液圧バルブ装置において、
上記消費部相互接続系は、上記少なくとも1つの液圧消費部(V1)の動きの方向を制御/調節するように構成されることと、
上記消費部相互接続系には、少なくとも1つの合流バルブ/流入バルブ(S1,S2,Z1,Z2)と少なくとも1つの逆流バルブ(R1,R2)とが、上記少なくとも1つの液圧消費部(V1)の動きの各方向に対して設けられていることと
のうちいずれか一方又は両方を特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の液圧バルブ装置において、
上記消費部相互接続系には、2つの合流バルブ/流入バルブ(S1,S2,Z1,Z2)と2つの逆流バルブ(R1,R2)とが設けられていることを特徴とする液圧バルブ装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の液圧バルブ装置のための、逆流バルブ(R1,R2)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの液圧バルブ装置と、
少なくとも1つの液圧消費部(V1)とを備える液圧式駆動システムであって、
上記少なくとも1つの液圧消費部(V1)は、上記消費部相互接続系及び/又は少なくとも2つの液圧ポンプ(P1,P2)に液圧的に接続されており、
上記少なくとも2つの液圧ポンプ(P1,P2)は、上記合流相互接続系と液圧的に接続されていることを特徴とする液圧式駆動システム。 - 請求項9に記載の液圧式駆動システムを備える可動式機械。
