Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る車両用シート装置100の車両用シートに着座した乗員の荷重を検出する荷重検出装置10の第1の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。なお、本明細書中において使用する「前後、左右、上下」の方向は車両用シート11に着座した乗員から見た車両の各方向を基準として記述している。また、本実施の形態においては、車両は左ハンドル車とし、助手席に着座する乗員の有無を判定するものとする。
なお、Gセンサ43により傾斜角度検出装置が構成される。
なお、本実施形態においては、衝突による0点からのずれ量Zsは、衝突後の空席時におけるシートクッション11、シートバック12及びフレーム等を含まないものとする。
また、第2衝突荷重値としてLth2を設定したが、必ずしも必要なく、衝突荷重を検出するものとして第1衝突荷重値Lth1が設けられていればよい。
Claims (6)
- 車両用シートと、
車両のフロアに設けられる取付部材と、
前記車両用シートを前記取付部材に固定するシート側固定部材と、
前記シート側固定部材と前記取付部材との間に介在し、乗員の有無・種類を判別するために前記車両用シートに作用する荷重を測定する荷重検出装置と、
前記荷重検出装置が前記車両の衝突によって検出する衝突荷重値が、予め設定された所定値を超えた場合に、前記車両の衝突によって生じる前記荷重検出装置の衝突による0点からのずれ量を、衝突前の前記荷重検出装置の0点からのずれ量として記憶された値に加算して前記荷重検出装置の0点からのずれ量として記憶する0点ずれ量検出部と、
前記荷重検出装置が検出する荷重を、前記0点ずれ量検出部に記憶された前記荷重検出装置の0点からのずれ量に基づいて補正する0点ずれ量補正部と、
を備えた車両用シート装置。 - 前記荷重検出装置が前記車両の衝突によって検出する衝突荷重値は、前記取付部材と前記シート側固定部材とが離間する方向となる剥離方向の荷重である請求項1に記載の車両用シート装置。
- 前記車両の衝突時の前記荷重検出装置の前記衝突荷重値に対する衝突による0点からのずれ量の関係を予め求めて記憶する対応関係記憶部をさらに備え、
前記0点ずれ量検出部は、前記対応関係記憶部に記憶された前記衝突荷重値に対する衝突による0点からのずれ量の関係より前記荷重検出装置の前記衝突による0点からのずれ量を検出する請求項1又は2に記載の車両用シート装置。 - 前記車両用シートが、乗員の着席又は物の載置のない空席状態であることを判定する空席判定部を備え、
前記0点ずれ量検出部は、前記空席判定部が前記車両用シートが空席状態と判定したときに、前記荷重検出装置が検出した荷重値を、前記荷重検出装置の0点からのずれ量として記憶する請求項3に記載の車両用シート装置。 - 前記車両が停止状態にあることを判定する車両停止判定部をさらに備え、
前記0点ずれ量検出部は、前記車両停止判定部が前記車両が停止状態であると判定したときに、前記荷重検出装置が検出した荷重値を、前記荷重検出装置の0点からのずれ量として記憶する請求項4に記載の車両用シート装置。 - 前記車両が停止状態にある場合に前記車両の傾斜角度を検出する傾斜角度検出装置をさらに備え、
前記0点ずれ量検出部は、前記傾斜角度検出装置で検出された前記車両の傾斜角度に応じて前記荷重検出装置の0点からのずれ量を記憶する請求項5に記載の車両用シート装置。
