Abstract
【解決手段】無段変速機1Aの軸受22,24は、変速機ケース21に、温度状態に関わらず変速機ケース21との間に隙間が生じないように圧入される。軸受22,24の外輪22a,24a又は内輪22b,24bの転動体22c,24cと接触する部分は、外輪22a,24aの内面又は内輪22b,24bの外面から転動体22c,24cへ伝わる力の作用線とその軸受22,24の軸受中心軸線P1とが交わる点が、その軸受22,24の軸受中心軸線P1方向におけるその軸受22,24の中央よりも変速機ケース21の外面側になるように、軸受中心軸線P1に対して傾斜している。

図1〜図6を参照して、本実施形態の無段変速機1Aについて説明する。

ただし、φ1はベアリング22の接触角、D1はベアリング22と変速機ケース21の接触面の径、Lは一端壁部21aから他端壁部21bまでの距離である。

図7〜図9を参照して、本実施形態の無段変速機1Bについて説明する。ただし、本実施形態の無段変速機1Bの構成のうち、第1実施形態の無段変速機1Aと同様の構成については同じ符号を付すとともに、それらについての説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- 走行用駆動源の駆動力が伝達される入力軸と、
前記入力軸の回転中心軸線と平行に配置された出力軸と、
前記入力軸の回転中心軸線を中心として回転可能な回転部を含み該回転部の回転半径を調節自在な回転半径調節機構と、前記出力軸に軸支された揺動リンクとを有し、前記入力軸の回転運動を前記揺動リンクの揺動運動に変換するてこクランク機構と、
前記揺動リンクが、一方側に回転しようとするときに前記出力軸に対して前記揺動リンクを固定し、他方側に回転しようとするときに前記出力軸に対して前記揺動リンクを空転させる一方向回転阻止機構と、
前記入力軸及び前記出力軸の一端側に位置する一端壁部と、前記入力軸及び前記出力軸の他端側に位置する他端壁部とを有し、前記てこクランク機構及び前記一方向回転阻止機構を収納する変速機ケースと、
前記変速機ケースの前記一端壁部及び前記他端壁部に取り付けられ、外輪と、内輪と、該外輪と該内輪との間に配置された複数の転動体とからなり、前記入力軸又は前記出力軸の前記一端側又は前記他端側を回転自在に支持する複数の軸受と
を備えた無段変速機であって、
前記複数の軸受のうち少なくとも1つの前記軸受と前記変速機ケースとは、該変速機ケースの温度状態に関わらず、該軸受と該変速機ケースとの間に隙間が生じないように圧入によって取り付けられ、
前記軸受の前記外輪の内面又は前記内輪の外面の前記転動体と接触する部分は、該軸受の外輪の内面又は前記内輪の外面から前記転動体へ伝わる力の作用線と該軸受の軸受中心軸線とが交わる点が、該軸受の軸受中心軸線方向における該軸受の中央よりも前記変速機ケースの外面側になるように、該軸受の軸受中心軸線に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記走行用駆動源は、エンジンであり、
前記一端壁部は、前記走行用駆動源に固定され、
前記入力軸の前記一端側を軸支する軸受の接触角は、該入力軸の前記他端側を軸支する軸受の接触角よりも大きいことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記複数の軸受のうち少なくとも1つの前記軸受の接触角が、以下の条件式を満足することを特徴とする無段変速機。

ただし、φは前記接触角、Dは前記軸受と前記変速機ケースとの接触面の径、Lは前記一端壁部から前記他端壁部までの距離である。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記軸受は、前記変速機ケースに圧入され、
前記入力軸又は前記出力軸は、前記軸受に圧入されていることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記入力軸又は前記出力軸は、該入力軸又は出力軸の径方向に張出す張出部と、前記張出部の周端部から前記軸受の中心軸方向に延びる第1の鍔部とを有し、
前記変速機ケースは、前記入力軸又は前記出力軸が挿通される開口部と、前記開口部の周縁部から前記軸受の軸受中心軸線方向に延びる第2の鍔部とを有し、
前記軸受は、前記第1の鍔部に圧入され、
前記変速機ケースの前記第2の鍔部は、前記軸受に圧入されていることを特徴とする無段変速機。
