Abstract
【解決手段】スイッチング機構11と、ハウジング3と、アクチュエータ7と、を少なくとも備えるスイッチであって、上記スイッチが備える部材間の接続部のうち、外気に直接接しうる接続部の1以上は、シール部材21,23,25を備え、上記シール部材21,23,25が含有するゴムは、フッ素ゴムを主成分とし、シリコーンゴムを含有しない。

Description
まず、本発明にかかるスイッチがリミットスイッチである場合について、図面を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施の形態のスイッチであるリミットスイッチの斜視図であり、図2はリミットスイッチの断面図である。リミットスイッチは、位置、変化、移動または通過等を検出し、検出の有無に応じたON(オン)信号/OFF(オフ)信号を出力するためのスイッチである。
図1,2に示すリミットスイッチ1において、シール部材21、23、25が含有するゴムがフッ素ゴム(フッ化ビニリデン系フッ素ゴム)であるシール部材を用い、気密性の確認試験を行った。
実施例1で用いたのと同じリミットスイッチ1を、以下に示す接点の開閉試験に供し、接点開閉後の接触性、および接点表面の析出物について検討した(実施例2)。
比較例1では、対照として、上記リミットスイッチ1のシール部材21、23、25として、シリコーンゴムからなるシール部材を用いた比較用リミットスイッチを用い、シール部材23としてはオイルシールではなく、シリコーンゴムからなるシール部材を用いた。

Claims (5)
- スイッチング機構と、上記スイッチング機構を収納するハウジングと、上記スイッチング機構を作動させる摺動変位可能なアクチュエータと、を少なくとも備えるスイッチであって、
上記スイッチが備える部材間の接続部のうち、外気に直接接しうる接続部の1以上は、シール部材を備え、上記シール部材が含有するゴムは、フッ素ゴムを主成分とし、シリコーンゴムを含有しないことを特徴とするスイッチ。 - 上記シール部材が含有するゴムがフッ素ゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスイッチ。
- 上記スイッチは、上記アクチュエータを装着する装着ブロックと、上記ハウジングの内部に上下に移動可能に支持され、上記スイッチング機構の天井面から露出した操作軸の上端部を駆動するプランジャと、をさらに備えるリミットスイッチであって、
上記ハウジングが、ハウジング本体と蓋部とを備え、
上記シール部材は、上記ハウジング本体と上記蓋部との接続部、上記アクチュエータと上記装着ブロックとの接続部、および上記ハウジング本体と上記装着ブロックとの接続部に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスイッチ。 - 上記アクチュエータと上記装着ブロックとの接続部に備えられる上記シール部材が、オイルシールであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスイッチ。
- 上記ハウジング本体と上記装着ブロックとの接続部に備えられる上記シール部材は、上記プランジャと接していないことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスイッチ。
