Claims (11)
- シャフト部材を回転可能に支持するための軸受アセンブリであって、前記軸受アセンブリは、
第一軸受軌道を有する外リングと、
第二軸受軌道を有する内リングであって、前記第二軸受軌道は前記第一軸受軌道に対して対向的にカラー状に離間しており、前記内リングは、前記内リングの少なくとも1つの末端から片持ち構成で延在する複数の中子部材を有し、前記複数の中子部材の各々はその間に形成されたスロットを有する、内リングと、
前記第一軸受軌道および前記第二軸受軌道の間で離間して、これらと係合して配置された、複数の軸受部材と、
前記内リングの内表面に沿って周方向に延在する切り欠き溝であって、前記複数の中子部材と略隣接しており、前記複数の中子部材の有効片持ち距離を増加させるようになっている、切り欠き溝と、
前記複数の中子部材と係合して、前記内リングをシャフトに結合するために前記複数の中子部材上に圧縮力を印加する、係止部材と、を含む軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記内リングの前記内表面に沿って周方向に延在する前記切り欠き溝が、前記内リングの前記内表面に沿って連続的に延在する、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記複数の中子部材の各々が、上面および底面を含んでこれらによって最小厚みを画定し、前記複数の中子部材の各々の前記最小厚みは、前記中子部材の前記上面と前記切り欠き溝との間の最小壁厚とほぼ等しい、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記複数の中子部材の前記有効片持ち距離が前記複数の中子部材の各々の実際の片持ち距離よりも長く、前記有効片持ち距離は、前記複数の中子部材の各々の遠位末端から前記切り欠き溝の近位辺まで測定される、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記第二軸受軌道が硬化物の摩耗硬化領域を画定するために摩耗硬化されており、前記摩耗硬化領域は前記内リングの外表面に沿って測定されたときに幅を有し、前記幅は、前記摩耗硬化領域の遠位点と前記切り欠き溝の近位辺との間の距離の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記第二軸受軌道が、前記内リングの外表面に沿って遠位点を有する硬化物の摩耗硬化領域を画定するために摩耗硬化されており、前記遠位点と前記切り欠き溝の近位辺との間の軸方向距離は、前記切り欠き溝の幅に所定定数を掛けた積以上である、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記所定定数が0.6である、請求項6に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記内リングの前記内表面に沿って周方向に延在する前記切り欠き溝が前記複数の中子部材の間に形成された前記スロットの各々と交差する、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記切り欠き溝が、弓形表面で終端する、対向する平行な辺を含む、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記切り欠き溝が、平面で終端する、対向する平行な辺を含む、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記平行な辺のうちの1つと前記平面との間に形成された面取りをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
