末端のカテーテル構成要素と、該末端のカテーテル構成要素及びステントに対して基端方向に動くことにより前記ステントを解放する末端シースとを備える、自己膨張型のステント用のカテーテルの送り込み装置であって、管である基端のカテーテル軸と、該管の管腔内のプルワイヤーとを有し、該プルワイヤーは、前記末端シースに装着され、これにより該プルワイヤーを前記管に対して基端方向に引っ張ると、前記末端シースは基端方向に引っ張られ、前記ステントを該ステントの末端から開始して漸進的に解放し、前記カテーテル軸の管は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域に装着され且つ、前記末端シースが基端方向に引っ張られたとき、該ステントの基端方向への動きに抵抗する作用を果たす、前記カテーテルの送り込み装置において、
前記カテーテル軸を取り囲むケーシング管であって、末端シースの基端を伸縮可能に受け入れる末端を有する前記ケーシング管を備え、前記プルワイヤーは、前記ケーシング管の管腔内にて末端シースの基端領域に固定されることを特徴とする、カテーテルの送り込み装置。

態様1に記載の装置において、前記ケーシング管は、起動装置のハブに固定された基端を有する、装置。

態様1から3の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記プルワイヤーの末端領域は、厚さを薄くし、前記末端シースの円筒状外面の半径に相応する半径を有する円筒状面の一部分の形状とされ、これにより、前記厚さを薄くした端部領域は、前記末端シースの半径方向外面と面一に又はほぼ面一に位置することができる、装置。

末端のカテーテル構成要素と、該末端のカテーテル構成要素及び前記ステントに対して基端方向に動くことにより前記ステントを解放する末端シースとを備える、自己膨張型のステント用のカテーテルの送り込み装置であって、管である基端のカテーテル軸と、該管の管腔内のプルワイヤーとを有し、該プルワイヤーは、前記末端シースに装着され、これにより該プルワイヤーを前記管に対して基端方向に引っ張ると、前記末端シースは基端方向に引っ張られ、前記ステントを該ステントの末端から開始して漸進的に解放し、前記カテーテル軸の管は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域に装着され且つ、前記外側シースが基端方向に引っ張られたとき、該ステントの基端方向への動きに抵抗する作用を果たす、前記カテーテルの送り込み装置において、
前記カテーテル軸を保持する管腔であって、末端カテーテル構成要素の基端をカテーテル軸の末端と並べて受け入れる開放した末端を有し、隣接するガイドワイヤー管腔を規定する前記管腔を備える基端シースを含む内側構成要素を備え、該隣接するガイドワイヤー管腔は、前記基端シースの管腔と、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の長さを伸びる管腔との組み合わせた長さだけ伸び、これにより、該送り込み装置を「オーバーザワイヤー」型の1つの部材にすることを特徴とする、装置。

態様9に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、前記ステントの支持管と端部同士を合わせて且つ該支持管の基端側に配設された複合的カテーテル部分を有し、該カテーテル部分は、前記複合的カテーテル構成要素の管腔と同軸状であるら旋状ワイヤーを含み、該ら旋状ワイヤーは、前記ステントを解放する間、前記複合的カテーテル部分が軸端部方向に圧縮されたとき、前記複合的カテーテル部分を曲らないように補強する作用を果たす、装置。

態様9又は10に記載の装置において、前記複合的カテーテル部分の末端と、前記ステントの支持管の基端とをその管腔内に受け入れる接続管を含み、該接続管は、前記支持管の前記管腔内にて端部同士を合わせて互いに当接する、装置。

態様7から11の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、前記ステントの管腔内に配置された箇所であるその半径方向外面上に浮彫り加工部を含み、該浮彫り加工部は、前記ステントが前記末端のカテーテル構成要素に対して基端方向に相対的に軸方向に動くのに抵抗する目的のため、前記ステントの管腔面と係合する、装置。

態様1から6の何れかの項に記載の装置において、態様7から12の何れかの項に記載の内側構成要素を有する、装置。

態様14に記載の装置において、前記基端領域は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の長さに対して横方向のそれらの長さ方向を有する多数のスリットである長さ部分を備え、これにより前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の前記基端領域を曲げるときの可撓性を増加させるようにした、装置。

- 末端のカテーテル構成要素と、該末端のカテーテル構成要素及びステントに対して基端方向に動くことにより前記ステントを解放する末端シースとを備える、自己膨張型のステント用のカテーテルの送り込み装置であって、管である基端のカテーテル軸と、該管の管腔内のプルワイヤーとを有し、該プルワイヤーは、前記末端シースに装着され、これにより該プルワイヤーを前記管に対して基端方向に引っ張ると、前記末端シースは基端方向に引っ張られ、前記ステントを該ステントの末端から開始して漸進的に解放し、前記カテーテル軸の管は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域に装着され且つ、前記末端シースが基端方向に引っ張られたとき、該ステントの基端方向への動きに抵抗する作用を果たす、前記カテーテルの送り込み装置において、
前記カテーテル軸を取り囲むケーシング管であって、末端シースの基端を伸縮可能に受け入れる末端を有する前記ケーシング管を備え、前記プルワイヤーは、前記ケーシング管の管腔内にて末端シースの基端領域に固定されることを特徴とする、カテーテルの送り込み装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ケーシング管は、起動装置のハブに固定された基端を有する、装置。

- 請求項1から3の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記プルワイヤーの末端領域は、厚さを薄くし、前記末端シースの円筒状外面の半径に相応する半径を有する円筒状面の一部分の形状とされ、これにより、前記厚さを薄くした端部領域は、前記末端シースの半径方向外面と面一に又はほぼ面一に位置することができる、装置。

- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、前記ステントの支持管と端部同士を合わせて且つ該支持管の基端側に配設された複合的カテーテル部分を有し、該カテーテル部分は、前記複合的カテーテル構成要素の管腔と同軸状であるら旋状ワイヤーを含み、該ら旋状ワイヤーは、前記ステントを解放する間、前記複合的カテーテル部分が軸端部方向に圧縮されたとき、前記複合的カテーテル部分を曲らないように補強する作用を果たす、装置。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の装置において、前記複合的カテーテル部分の末端と、前記ステントの支持管の基端とをその管腔内に受け入れる接続管を含み、該接続管は、前記支持管の前記管腔内にて端部同士を合わせて互いに当接する、装置。
- 請求項7から11の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、前記ステントの管腔内に配置された箇所であるその半径方向外面上に浮彫り加工部を含み、該浮彫り加工部は、前記ステントが前記末端のカテーテル構成要素に対して基端方向に相対的に軸方向に動くのに抵抗する目的のため、前記ステントの管腔面と係合する、装置。
- 請求項1から6の何れかの項に記載の装置において、請求項7から12の何れかの項に記載の内側構成要素を有する、装置。
