Abstract
【解決手段】 1,1−ジフェニルエタンとベンジルトルエンとを含み、ベンジルトルエン中のパラ異性体の割合がベンジルトルエン全量を基準として45質量%以上である、電気絶縁油組成物。

Description
表1に示すように、1,1−ジフェニルエタン(1,1−DPE)35質量%及びベンジルトルエン(BT)60質量%を含む電気絶縁油組成物を調製した。ここで、1,1−DPEは、有効成分濃度(1,1−DPE濃度)が85質量%以上のDPE留分として配合し、DPE留分に含まれていた1,1−DPE以外の成分は、表1中、その他成分として示した。また、表1に示したその他成分の含有量は、後述するエポキシ化合物0.65質量%も含めた量である。ベンジルトルエンは、特公平8−8008号公報に記載の参考製造例を追試することにより製造したベンジルトルエンを、蒸留により各異性体に精密に分離し、その後留分の混合により異性体比をオルソ体(o−BT)3質量%、メタ体(m−BT)51質量%、パラ体(p−BT)46質量%としたものを用いた。また、その他成分には、1,1−ジフェニルエタン及びベンジルトルエン以外のジフェニルメタン、1,2−ジフェニルエタンなどの2環芳香族化合物、アルキルナフタレンなどの多環芳香族化合物、炭素数12〜18のアルキルベンゼン類、並びに、シクロアルキルベンゼンが含まれる。表1中の数値の単位は、塩素分については質量ppm、他はいずれも質量%である。
1,1−DPE含有量、BT含有量、その他成分含有量及びBT異性体比を表1に示す値に変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例2〜12及び比較例1〜6の電気絶縁油組成物を調製した。BT異性体比は、実施例1と同様にして製造したベンジルトルエンの各異性体の混合割合を変えることで調整した。
1,1−DPEに代えてフェニルキシリルエタン(PXE)を表1に示す量で使用したこと、BT含有量、その他成分含有量及びBT異性体比を表1に示す値に変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例7〜8の電気絶縁油組成物を調製した。BT異性体比は、実施例1と同様にして製造したベンジルトルエンの各異性体の混合割合を変えることで調整した。
試験に用いたコンデンサは次の通りである。誘電体として厚み12.7μm(重量法)の信越フィルム(株)製のインフレーション法ポリプロピレンフィルムを2枚重ねたものを使用し、電極としてアルミニウム箔を使用した。これらを常法に従って、巻回、積層することにより、油含浸用のモデルコンデンサ素子を作製した。

式(1)中、Vは絶縁破壊時の課電電圧(v/μm)を、Sは24時間毎の上昇電圧(v/μm)を、Tは課電電圧上昇後、絶縁破壊までの経過時間(分)をそれぞれ示す。
試験Aに供したコンデンサと同じコンデンサを作製し、予備課電まで実施したものを用意した。これらのモデルコンデンサに対して、試験Aにおいて得られた80℃における絶縁破壊電圧の90%の電位傾度を60℃において1000時間印加した。1000時間に至るまでに絶縁破壊したものはその時間を、1000時間まで破壊が起こらなかったものについては、その段階から試験Aと同様の絶縁破壊試験を80℃にて実施し、60℃で長時間の課電後におけるコンデンサの性能評価(耐久性試験)を実施した。また、性能低下率を、下記式(2)により求めた。結果を表2に示す。

Claims (6)
- 1,1−ジフェニルエタンとベンジルトルエンとを含み、前記ベンジルトルエン中のパラ異性体の割合が前記ベンジルトルエン全量を基準として45質量%以上である、電気絶縁油組成物。
- 前記1,1−ジフェニルエタン及び前記ベンジルトルエンの合計の含有量が、電気絶縁油組成物全量を基準として80質量%以上である、請求項1に記載の電気絶縁油組成物。
- さらにエポキシ化合物を、電気絶縁油組成物全量を基準として0.01〜1.0質量%含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の電気絶縁油組成物。
- 塩素分が50質量ppm以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁油組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁油組成物が含浸されている油含浸電気機器。
- 誘電体として少なくとも一部にポリプロピレンフィルムを用いた油含浸コンデンサである、請求項5記載の油含浸電気機器。
