Abstract
【解決手段】測定変換器(3)を収容するセンサハウジング(2)と、環状の可撓部(12)に囲まれた中央の押圧部(11)を有する圧力側に配置されたダイヤフラム(10)とを具え、圧力側において、押圧部(11)には、ダイヤフラム(10)への伝熱に影響を及ぼす遮蔽体が取り付けられている構成の圧力センサ(1)に関し、遮蔽体は、該遮蔽体の中央領域(24)が押圧部(11)と伝熱接合された分配キャップ(20)として形成されている。たとえば、中央の凹部ないし開口部(23)が形成され、押圧部(11)の凸部(16)を収容することができる。

Claims (12)
- 測定変換器(3)を収容するセンサハウジング(2)と、環状の可撓部(12)に囲まれた中央の押圧部(11)を有する圧力側に配置されたダイヤフラム(10)とを具え、圧力側において、押圧部(11)には、ダイヤフラム(10)への伝熱に影響を及ぼす遮蔽体が取り付けられている構成の、特に、高温の動的プロセスに使用するための圧力センサ(1)であって、
前記遮蔽体は、該遮蔽体の中央領域(24)が前記押圧部(11)と伝熱接合された分配キャップ(20)として形成されていることを特徴とする圧力センサ(1)。 - 前記分配キャップ(20)は、前記押圧部(11)の凸部(16)を収容する中央の凹部ないし開口部(23)を具えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記分配キャップ(20)は、前記中央の凹部ないし開口部(23)の領域で、前記押圧部(11)の前記凸部(16)と摩擦係合または溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記分配キャップ(20)は、該キャップの前記中央領域(24)で、前記押圧部(11)の中央部と溶接ないしハンダ付けされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記押圧部(11)は、基本的に円筒状に形成された外周部(14)を有し、
該外周部は少なくとも部分的に前記分配キャップ(20)の円筒状の保持フランジ(21)により被覆ないし包囲されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。 - 前記分配キャップ(20)の前記保持フランジ(21)は、前記押圧部(11)の前記外周部(14)を摩擦係合により包囲しているか、または前記押圧部(11)の圧力側表面(15)の近傍で、前記外周部(14)と少なくとも部分的に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記押圧部(11)の前記圧力側表面(15)と前記分配キャップ(20)との間には、前記中央領域(24)に隣接して半径方向に、この領域における伝熱を低減ないし阻止する隙間(18)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記分配キャップ(20)は、該キャップの半径方向領域(22)に、複数の開口部(25,26)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記分配キャップ(20)の前記複数の開口部(26)は半径方向に非対称的に分布していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記分配キャップ(20)は、形状および大きさの異なる複数の開口部(25,26)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記圧力センサ(1)は点火プラグに組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記測定変換器(3)は圧電効果素子または電歪効果素子またはひずみゲージを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ(1)。
