Abstract
【解決手段】まず、最初に挿し穂を採取してから50日以内であって挿し穂の採取数が0.5m2当たり150以内のカンゾウ属植物の母株の腋芽から、挿し穂を採取する。次に、採取した挿し穂を、養液循環型の水耕栽培装置で、挿し穂1株当たり0.8〜1.5Lの養液を循環させながら、15〜25日間水耕栽培して発根させる。次いで、発根させた挿し穂を、苗床に移植して7〜14日間順化させた後、圃場に定植する。

Claims (7)
- 母株から挿し穂を採取する採取工程と、
前記採取工程で採取した挿し穂を、養液循環型の水耕栽培装置で養液を循環させながら水耕栽培して発根させる発根工程と、
前記発根工程で発根させた挿し穂を、苗床に移植して順化させる順化工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、カンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。 - 前記採取工程は、母株の腋芽から挿し穂を採取することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。
- 前記採取工程は、最初に挿し穂を採取してから50日以内であって挿し穂の採取数が0.5m2当たり150以内の母株から挿し穂を採取することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のカンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。
- 前記発根工程の栽培期間は、10〜30日間であり、前記順化工程の栽培期間は、5〜30日間である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。
- 前記発根工程の栽培期間は、15〜25日間であり、前記順化工程の栽培期間は、7〜14日間である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。
- 前記水耕栽培装置で循環される養液量は、挿し穂1株当たり0.5〜2.0Lである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。
- 前記水耕栽培装置で循環される養液量は、挿し穂1株当たり0.8〜1.5Lである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカンゾウ属植物の苗の生産方法。
