Abstract
Description
前記ヨークは、コの字状に成形されており、前記コイルの外周に沿わせる連結部と前記コイルの端部に沿わせる連結部の両端の折り曲げ部を有し、かつ、前記連結部の両端の折り曲げ部の各々が前記筒状ガイドを挿入するバルブユニット挿通孔と前記連結部に連なる側の幅を縮小する幅絞り部を有し、前記連結部の幅がバルブユニット挿通孔形成部の幅よりも小さいものにした。
ポンプ駆動用モータに対して電子制御ユニット側から電力を供給する給電用端子などの他部品を配置
するのも好ましい。
グバック量も小さくなり、ヨーク両端の折り曲げ部に設けるバルブユニット挿通孔の軸心のずれも抑えられる。この軸ずれ抑制の効果とバルブユニット挿通孔の真円度向上の効果が併せて発揮され、そのために、ヨークに対するバルブユニットの組み付け性も改善される。

Claims (5)
- コイルと、ヨークと、前記コイルが発生させた磁力で磁性体の可動子を吸引して弁体を駆動するバルブユニットを備えた液圧制御用の電磁弁であって、
前記バルブユニットは、前記可動子の外周を覆う磁性体の筒状ガイドを有し、
前記ヨークは、コの字状に成形されており、前記コイルの外周に沿わせる連結部と前記コイルの端部に沿わせる連結部の両端の折り曲げ部を有し、かつ、前記連結部の両端の折り曲げ部の各々が前記筒状ガイドを挿入するバルブユニット挿通孔と前記連結部に連なる側の幅を縮小する幅絞り部を有し、前記連結部の幅がバルブユニット挿通孔形成部の幅よりも小さい電磁弁。 - 前記ヨークの前記幅絞り部を、端面視において前記コイルの外径よりも径方向外側に配置した請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- モータに駆動されるポンプを内蔵した液圧ユニットのハウジングの一面に、ホイールシリンダのブレーキ液圧を低下させる減圧用電磁弁と前記ポンプから供給されるブレーキ液圧を前記ホイールシリンダに供給する増圧用電磁弁を組み付けたブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、
前記減圧用電磁弁と前記増圧用電磁弁として請求項1又は2に記載の電磁弁を前記ハウジングに偶数個組み付け、対をなす2個の電磁弁を並列に配置してその2個の電磁弁のそれぞれのヨークの前記幅絞り部間に空間部を形成し、その空間部に電子部品を組み付けたブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 前記電磁弁を、対をなす並列配置の第1群の2個と、その第1群の2個とは正反対向きにした並列配置の第2群の2個を1組とし、計4個の電磁弁の前記ヨークの前記幅絞り部間に主空間部を形成してその主空間部に前記電子部品を組み付けた請求項3に記載のブレーキ液圧制御装置。
- 前記電磁弁のヨークの前記幅絞り部をヨークの両側面を切り欠く形状にして第1群と第2群の各2
個の電磁弁の前記主空間部を形成する側とは反対側の幅絞り部間に副空間部を形成し、その副空間部に他部品を配置した請求項4に記載のブレーキ液圧制御装置。
