Claims (19)
- 炭化水素流における汚染物を分散させるためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
炭化水素流における汚染物の性質を判断するステップと、
判断された性質に基づいて、汚染物を分散させるのに好適な溶媒または溶媒混合物を選択するステップと、
汚染物を選択された溶媒または溶媒混合物と接触させるステップとを含む、プロセス。 - 前記の汚染物の性質を判断するステップは、
混合物を選択するために使用されるモデル用の少なくとも1つの入力パラメータを確定するために、炭化水素供給流を処理した結果形成された沈殿物を分析するステップ、および、
混合物を選択するために使用される熱力学的モデル用の少なくとも1つの入力パラメータを確定するために、炭化水素流を分析するステップ、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記の少なくとも1つの入力パラメータは、
汚染物の平均分子量、
API比重、
汚染物の堆積物測定値、
汚染物の水素対炭素原子比、
炭化水素流における汚染物の濃度、
供給流における堆積物濃度(汚染物の最大含有量を予測するために使用されるシェル高温度ろ過試験予測値)、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 判断された性質に基づいて、汚染物の少なくとも1つの特性を推定するステップをさらに含み、
前記の少なくとも1つの特性は、
汚染物の平均分子量、
汚染物の分子量分布、
汚染物の溶解パラメータ、
汚染物の堆積物計算値、
汚染物の芳香族性、
汚染物のオレフィン性、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記の選択するステップは、
少なくとも1つの入力特性、少なくとも1つの推定された特性、およびプロセス条件のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、汚染物の熱力学的特性を判断するステップ、
判断された熱力学的特性に基づいて、溶媒混合物の所望の熱力学的特性を判断するステップ、
1つ以上の判断された入力特性および1つ以上の推定された特性のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、1つ以上の溶媒の熱力学的特性を計算するステップ、
所望の熱力学的特性を有する溶媒または溶媒混合物を繰返し判断するステップ、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載のプロセス。 - ステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 溶媒混合物は、脂肪族溶媒、芳香族溶媒、ディーゼル油、中質循環油(MCO)、軽質循環油(LCO)、フラックスオイル、脱アスファルト化油(DAO)、および重質循環油(HCO)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 溶媒混合物は、脂肪族溶媒、脂環式溶媒、芳香族溶媒、ディーゼル油、中質循環油(MCO)、軽質循環油(LCO)、フラックスオイル、脱アスファルト化油(DAO)、および重質循環油(HCO)のうちの少なくとも2つを含み、混合物の選択された成分は汚染物を分散させるために相乗的である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 溶媒混合物は、汚染物の水素対炭素比よりも低い水素対炭素比を有する二芳香族化合物を含む、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 溶媒混合物は、炭化水素流の水素対炭素比よりも低い水素対炭素比を有する二芳香族化合物を含む、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 溶媒混合物は、二芳香族化合物、三芳香族化合物、およびそれらの組合せのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の接触させるステップは、
選択された混合物を形成するために、2つ以上の溶媒を混合するステップ、
汚染物によって形成された沈殿物を含有する装置に選択された混合物を供給し、それにより汚染物の少なくとも一部を選択された混合物へと分散させ、沈殿物のサイズを減少させるステップ、および
選択された混合物を炭化水素流と混合し、それにより炭化水素流を処理する際の沈殿物形成の速度を減少させるステップ、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 接触させるステップによって結果的に生じる混合物からの炭化水素流および汚染物のうちの少なくとも1つから、選択された混合物を分離するステップ、および
選択された混合物の少なくとも一部を、接触させるステップに再利用するステップ、
のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のプロセス。 - 炭化水素流における汚染物の状態に影響を与えるためのプロセスであって、
a.炭化水素流を精製プロセスに供給するステップと、
b.炭化水素流における汚染物の性質を判断するステップと、
c.熱力学的モデル用の入力パラメータおよび入力成分を確定するステップであって、そのモデルの結果を用いて所望の態様で汚染物に影響を与えるのに好適な炭化水素の混合物を判断された性質に基づいて選択するステップと、
d.汚染物を選択された混合物と接触させるステップとを含む、プロセス。 - 選択された混合物の水素対炭素比は、約1:1〜約2:1の範囲にある、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 選択された混合物の水素対炭素比は、汚染物の水素対炭素比よりも低い、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 選択された混合物の水素対炭素比は、炭化水素流の水素対炭素比よりも低い、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の接触させるステップは、ガソリン分留セクション、水クエンチシステム、製品回収セクション、エチレン生産ユニット、水素化分解プロセス、水素化処理プロセス、触媒による残留物改良セクション、水素化処理器、分留装置、常圧塔、真空塔、反応器列、熱交換器、それらの付随する配管、およびそれらの組合せのうちの少なくとも1つを含む精製プロセスで起こる、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の接触させるプロセスは、精製プロセスの動作中の汚染物の沈殿を軽減する、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の接触させるステップは、精製プロセスにおける装置および配管のうちの少なくとも1つから、沈殿した汚染物の少なくとも一部を除去する、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
