Claims (4)
- アウタ部材とインナ部材とが重ねられ、前記アウタ部材の先端部と前記インナ部材の端部から突出する先端部とが、互いに巻締めにより締結された縁部を有するパネル部材であって、
前記インナ部材の巻締めされる前記先端部と、巻締めされない該インナ部材の前記端部との境界部位には、該端部を内方に切り欠いて巻締め範囲から離間する逃げ部が形成されることを特徴とするパネル部材。 - 請求項1記載のパネル部材において、
前記逃げ部は、前記端部を円弧状に切り欠いて形成されることを特徴とするパネル部材。 - アウタ部材とインナ部材とが重ねられ、前記アウタ部材の先端部と前記インナ部材の端部から突出する先端部とが互いに巻締めにより締結された縁部を有するパネル部材の成形方法であって、
前記インナ部材の巻締めされる前記先端部と、巻締めされない該インナ部材の前記端部との境界部位に、該端部を内方に切り欠いて巻締め範囲から離間する逃げ部を形成する工程と、
前記インナ部材の先端部を前記アウタ部材の先端部から内方に離間させた状態で、前記インナ部材と前記アウタ部材とを重ね合わせる工程と、
前記アウタ部材の前記先端部と前記インナ部材の前記先端部とを、カール成形型によりカール状に成形することにより、巻締めにより締結された縁部を設ける工程と、
を有することを特徴とするパネル部材の成形方法。 - 請求項3記載の成形方法において、
前記逃げ部は、前記端部を円弧状に切り欠いて形成されることを特徴とするパネル部材の成形方法。
