Claims (11)
- 好ましくは燃料システムの2つの部材である、2つの部材(1,2)の結着のための、特にタック溶接方法である溶接方法であって、
前記両部材(1,2)の互いに結着されるべき範囲が、少なくとも1つの第1のエネルギーパルスによってそれぞれ加熱されるとともに、それぞれ部分的に溶融され、
前記両部材(1,2)の部分的に溶融された範囲(8)が、溶接継ぎ目(5)を形成しつつ互いに結着され、
別のエネルギーパルスが、好ましくは前記溶接継ぎ目(5)の凝固後に、前記溶接継ぎ目(5)の中央部分(9)のみが新たに溶融されるように前記溶接継ぎ目(5)へ向けられることを特徴とする溶接方法。 - 前記別のエネルギーパルスによって、前記溶接継ぎ目の表面(7)に隣接する体積セグメント(10)が溶融されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶接方法。
- 前記別のエネルギーパルスが、前記両部材(1,2)の接合後、並びに前記第1のエネルギーパルスによって加熱及び/又は溶融された前記範囲(8)の好ましくは部分的な凝固後、前記溶接継ぎ目(5)へ向けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の溶接方法。
- 前記エネルギーパルスがレーザーパルスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記第1のエネルギーパルス及び/又は前記別のエネルギーパルスが、同一のエネルギー源、好ましくはレーザー源によって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記エネルギー源の位置、好ましくはレーザー源の位置が、前記第1のエネルギーパルス及び/又は前記別のエネルギーパルスの前記両部材(1,2)への配向時に不変であるかあるいは変化しないことを特徴とする請求項5記載の溶接方法。
- 前記別のエネルギーパルスが、前記第1のエネルギーパルスの20〜200ms後に前記部材(1,2)へ向けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記別のエネルギーパルスのエネルギーが前記第1のエネルギーパルスのエネルギーよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記別のエネルギーパルスの直径が前記第1のエネルギーパルスの直径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(5)が追加的な溶接フラックスの付加なしに生じることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(5)が溶接フラックスの供給の下で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の溶接方法。
