(摘要)

Claims (21)
- 外科用固定具を標的組織の中に発射するように構成された内視鏡外科用デバイスであって、該外科用デバイスは、
ハンドルアセンブリであって、
ハンドル筐体と、
該ハンドル筐体に動作的に接続されたトリガであって、該トリガは、少なくとも一つの完全非作動位置を含む、トリガと、
該トリガにより作動可能な駆動メカニズムと、
該トリガを該駆動メカニズムと連関させるタイミングシステムと
を含む、ハンドルアセンブリ、および
内視鏡アセンブリであって、
該ハンドルアセンブリから延びる近位端部分と、
エンドエフェクタを支持するように構成された遠位端部分と、
該ハンドルアセンブリから該内視鏡アセンブリの該遠位端部分の中に延びる回転可能内側作動シャフトであって、該内側作動シャフトは、該ハンドルアセンブリの該駆動メカニズムに接続されることによって、該トリガの作動が該内側作動シャフトの回転をもたらすことで該外科用デバイスの外科用固定具を発射する、内側作動シャフトと
を含む、内視鏡アセンブリ
を含み、
