Abstract

Claims (20)
- 受信器に無線で電力を伝達するための送信器であって、
前記受信器に無線で電力を伝達するための第1の磁界を生成するように構成された送信アンテナであって、動作周波数に対応する第1の周波数で共振するように構成された第1の共振回路を備える、送信アンテナと、
前記動作周波数とは異なる第2の周波数で共振するように構成された第2の共振回路を備えた少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナと、
前記送信アンテナにより生成された前記第1の磁界を作動されたときに所望の領域に向けるように構成された前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナを作動するように構成されたコントローラと、
を備える、送信器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナは、前記送信アンテナにより生成された前記第1の磁界に応答して第2の磁界を前記第2の周波数で生成するように構成された、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記コントローラは、前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナの回路を閉じるかまたは開くことによって前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナを作動するように構成された、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記第1の共振回路は第1のキャパシタンスを有する第1のキャパシタを備え、前記第2の共振回路は、前記第1のキャパシタンスより小さい値を有する第2のキャパシタンスを有する第2のキャパシタを備える、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記無給電アンテナは、前記送信アンテナの第2のループの内部に同心的に配置された第1のループを備え、前記無給電アンテナは、前記第1のループの外部の第1の磁界強度を減少させ、前記第1のループの内部の第2の磁界強度を増大させるように構成される、請求項4に記載の送信器。
- 前記第1の共振回路は第1のキャパシタンスを有する第1のキャパシタを備え、前記第2の共振回路は前記第1のキャパシタンスより大きい値を有する第2のキャパシタンスを有する第2のキャパシタを備える、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記無給電アンテナは前記送信アンテナの第2のループ内に配置された第1のループを備え、前記無給電アンテナは、前記第1のループの外部の第1の磁界強度を増大させ、前記第1のループの内部の第2の磁界強度を減少させるように構成される、請求項6に記載の送信器。
- 前記第2の共振回路は複数のキャパシタを備え、前記コントローラは、前記キャパシタの1つまたは複数を前記無給電アンテナに選択的に切り替えて、能動的に前記第1の磁界を前記所望の領域へと向けるかまたは所望でない領域から遠ざけるように構成される、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナは、充電領域の表面にわたって前記第1の磁界の均一性を高めるように前記第1の磁界を向けるように構成される、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナは、行または列で配置された無給電アンテナの配列を備える、請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナは、列または行で配置された無給電アンテナの多次元配列を備える、請求項10に記載の送信器。
- 受信器へ無線で電力を伝達する方法であって、
動作周波数に対応する第1の周波数で共振するように構成された第1の共振回路を備える送信アンテナで第1の磁界を生成するステップと、
作動されたときに前記第1の磁界を所望の領域に向けるように構成された少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナを第2の周波数で作動するステップであって、前記第1の周波数と前記第2の周波数は異なるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナを作動するステップは、少なくとも1つのキャパシタを前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナのループの中へと切り替えるかまたは前記ループの外へと切り替えることで、前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナの前記ループの回路を選択的に閉じるかまたは開くステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナは前記第2の周波数で共振するように構成された第2の共振回路を備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 生成された前記第1の磁界に応答して第2の磁界を前記第2の周波数で生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の共振回路は第1のキャパシタンスを有する第1のキャパシタを備え、前記第2の共振回路は、前記第1のキャパシタンスより小さい値を有する第2のキャパシタンスを有する第2のキャパシタを備え、
前記無給電アンテナは、前記送信アンテナの第2のループの内部に同心的に配置された第1のループを備え、
前記無給電アンテナは、前記第1のループの外部の第1の磁界強度を減少させ、前記第1のループの内部の第2の磁界強度を増大させるように構成された、
請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の共振回路は第1のキャパシタンスを有する第1のキャパシタを備え、前記第2の共振回路は前記第1のキャパシタンスより大きい値を有する第2のキャパシタンスを有する第2のキャパシタを備え、
前記無給電アンテナは前記送信アンテナの第2のループ内に配置された第1のループを備え、
前記無給電アンテナは、前記第1のループの外部の第1の磁界強度を増大させ、前記第1のループの内部の第2の磁界強度を減少させるように構成された、
請求項12に記載の方法。 - 受信器に無線で電力を伝達するための送信器であって、
磁界を生成するための生成手段であって、前記生成手段は動作周波数に対応する第1の周波数で共鳴するための手段を含む手段と、
作動されたときに前記磁界を所望の領域に向けるように構成された少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナを第2の周波数で作動するステップであって、前記第1の周波数と前記第2の周波数は異なるステップと、
を備える、送信器。 - 前記生成手段と前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナとは互いに対して同心的なレイアウトで配置される、請求項18に記載の送信器。
- 前記生成手段と前記少なくとも1つの無給電アンテナとは充電マット内に配置され、前記受信器は無線で伝達された前記電力を受信するために前記充電マットに配置される、請求項18に記載の送信器。
