Abstract
Description
実施例の試料として、導体にフッ素系潤滑剤を塗布した電線を作成し、比較例の試料として、導体にフッ素系潤滑剤を塗布していない電線を作成した。
上述のようにして得られた実施例及び比較例の電線に対し、図3に示す装置を用いて、IEC(国際電気標準会議)60227−2に概ね準拠した屈曲耐久試験を行った。ただ、IEC60227−2に規定の試験方法の一部を次のように変更した。

Claims (3)
- 導体と、
前記導体を被覆する絶縁体層と、
を備え、
前記導体と絶縁体層との間に液体の潤滑剤が介在しており、前記潤滑剤はポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール及びフッ素系潤滑剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つを含有することを特徴とする高屈曲電線。 - 前記導体は、複数の素線が集合してなる撚り線であり、
前記潤滑剤は、前記導体と絶縁体層との間、及び隣接する素線の間に介在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈曲電線。 - 前記潤滑剤は−40〜80℃で液体状態であり、前記潤滑剤の沸点は150℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高屈曲電線。
