Claims (8)
- アルキルクロロシランの直接合成において微細な固体を空気輸送するための方法であって、使用される輸送ガスが少なくとも50体積%の塩化アルキルを含むガスである、方法。
- メチルクロロシランが合成され、使用される輸送ガスが少なくとも50体積%の塩化メチルを含むガスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 輸送ガス中の塩化アルキル含有量が少なくとも85体積%である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ガス速度が5m/sから40m/sである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧力降下が0.1から2.5bar/100mである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 微細な固体の空気輸送において輸送ガスを切り替えるための方法であって、微細な固体と第1の輸送ガスとの混合物(1)が第1の容器(A)に導入され、前記容器(A)中の第1の輸送ガスの一部分は除去されて(2a)、前記微細な固体と第1の輸送ガスとの混合物は、下方に配置されている第2の容器(B)中へと前記容器(A)の底部で排出され(5a)、そこでパージガス(3)でパージすることにより前記第1の輸送ガスの残りは固体から除去され(2b)、パージガスと固体との混合物は前記容器(B)の底部で排出され、前記混合物は空気圧で第2の輸送ガス(4)とともに輸送される(7)、方法。
- 第2の輸送ガスが、請求項1に記載の塩化アルキルを少なくとも50体積%含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 微細な固体の空気輸送において輸送ガスを切り替えるための装置であって、微細な固体のための第1の容器(A)への微細な固体の供給装置(1)、前記容器(A)内に配置された換気継手(2a)、前記容器(A)の下方に配置された継手(5a)、前記継手(5a)の下方に配置された容器(B)、前記容器(B)内に配置された換気継手(2b)、前記容器(B)内に配置されたパージガス継手(3)、前記容器(B)の下方に配置された継手(5b)、前記継手(5b)の下方に配置された輸送ガス継手(4)および空気圧で輸送される固体を除去するためのラインを備える、装置。
