Abstract
Description
以下の例は、本開示の実施形態を例示することが意図されており、本開示を限定することは意図されていない。
方法:全く同じカートリッジ/注射器の両端に、本開示の実施形態に基づく3つの異なる設計の混合要素(M Pro(図9および10に示されている)、SE(図11および12に示されている)およびCE(図13および14に示されている)と称される)を有する閉鎖体およびストッパを取り付けた。さらに、流体貯留室のどちらの端にも混合要素を持たないBD Preset注射器を対照として使用した。ヘッドスペースが存在せず、流体貯留室の底部に赤色染料が明瞭な層として含まれ、その上に透明な水の層が位置するような態様で、それぞれの注射器に水2mlおよび赤色染料200μlを(混合せずに)充填した。次いでそれらの注射器を、垂直位置に保持された試験装置(test rig)上に装填し、それぞれの注射器を、等しい力および速度で、往復運動するように回転させた。
Claims (25)
- 第1の端部、第2の端部、および前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間に延び、容器内部を画定する側壁を有する容器であり、容器縦軸を定める容器と、
前記容器の前記第1の端部を密封する第1の閉鎖体と、
前記容器の前記第2の端部を密封する第2の閉鎖体と、
前記容器内部に突き出た第1の混合要素と
を備え、
それによって、前記容器を前記容器縦軸を軸に回転させると、前記第1の混合要素が、前記容器内部に提供された第1の物質と前記容器内部に提供された第2の物質の混合を達成する少なくとも1つの渦を形成する
ことを特徴とする容器アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の混合要素は、前記第1の閉鎖体の一部分に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合要素は、前記第2の閉鎖体の一部分に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合要素は、前記容器の前記側壁の内面に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合要素は、前記容器内部に提供された前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質のうちの少なくとも一方の物質の内部に非対称混合パターンを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記容器内部に突き出た第2の混合要素をさらに備え、それによって、前記容器を前記容器縦軸を軸に回転させると、前記第1の混合要素および前記第2の混合要素が、前記容器アセンブリ内の前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質の混合を達成する前記少なくとも1つの渦を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合要素は少なくとも1つの混合ひれを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの混合ひれは、
頂部と、
底部と、
前記底部から前記頂部まで第1の角度で延びる第1の混合面と、
前記底部から前記頂部まで第2の角度で延びる第2の混合面と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の容器アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の角度は前記第2の角度と等しいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の角度は前記第2の角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の角度は前記第2の角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合面と前記第2の混合面は同じ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合面は第1の形状を有し、前記第2の混合面は第2の形状を有し、前記第2の形状は前記第1の形状とは異なることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合要素は、前記第1の閉鎖体の一部分の周囲に沿って等間隔に配置された3つの混合ひれを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の混合要素は、前記第1の閉鎖体の一部分の少なくとも1つの傾斜した表面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。

第1の物質および第2の物質を収容する容器アセンブリを提供するステップであり、前記容器アセンブリが、
第1の端部、第2の端部、および前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間に延び、容器内部を画定する側壁を有する容器であり、容器縦軸を定める容器、
前記容器の前記第1の端部を密封する第1の閉鎖体、
前記容器の前記第2の端部を密封する第2の閉鎖体、ならびに
前記容器内部に突き出た第1の混合要素
を備えるステップと、
前記容器内部に、少なくとも第1の物質および第2の物質を提供するステップと、
