Claims (21)
- 上部および下部を有するベースと、
前記ベースと回転可能に接続し、前記ベースの上部から突出しているナットキャップと、
前記ナットキャップと接続し、前記ナットキャップと共に回転し、前記ベースの前記底部の下に位置しているナット回転表示部と、
前記ベースにあって、前記ナットキャップに近接して位置する監視穴と、を備え、
前記ナットキャップの回転により前記回転表示部の一部が前記監視穴を通って露出することを特徴とする安全器具。 - 前記ベースは少なくとも一部がナイロン素材からできていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ベースは真空金属蒸着に適合する素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ベースは耐腐食素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ナットキャップは前記ベースに圧入し、前記ベースの内部で回転自在となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ナット回転表示部の少なくとも一部が監視穴より視認可能な蛍光表示部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ベースは装置のナット支持表面をほぼ封止するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ナット支持表面は車輪リムを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ナットキャップはテーパー状の内部スプラインを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ナットキャップは前記対応するナットの周囲に部分的な真空封止を形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ベースは前記ナットキャップの前記回転を制限するように構成された第一保持壁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全器具。
- 前記第一保持壁は前記表示部の回転移動を制限するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ベースは円形のベースからなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の安全器具
- 前記ベースはリング状ベースからなり、前記リング状ベースは前記第一保持壁に対して内側に第二保持壁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の安全器具。
- 前記リング状ベースの幅は少なくとも2インチであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の安全器具。
- 前記リング状ベースは前記ベースの中央線の近くにある第一停止部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の安全器具。
- 第一保持壁、第二保持壁、および複数の監視穴を含むリング状ベースを備え、
前記複数の監視穴はそれぞれナット回転表示部を有する対応したナットキャップを備え、
ナット回転表示部の少なくとも一部が対応した監視穴より視認できるように、少なくとも1つのナットキャップが前記リング状ベースと回転自在に接続していることを特徴とする安全器具。 - 前記リング状ベースは真空金属蒸着に適合する素材からなることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の安全器具。
- 前記複数の監視穴は少なくとも4個の監視穴を備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の安全器具。
- 前記複数の監視穴は少なくとも10個の監視穴を備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の安全器具。
- 前記ナット回転表示部は前記ナットキャップと一体となることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の安全器具。
