Claims (10)
- 容器と、
当該容器の中に配置される複数の正極板と、
前記容器の中に配置される複数の負極板と、
前記複数の正極板又は前記複数の負極板のうちのいずれかのそれぞれの少なくとも一側の表面の活性物質に埋め込まれるペースティング基板であって、当該ペースティング基板は23g/m2〜31g/m2の坪量を有し、当該ペースティング基板はその全重量に対して約50重量%よりも多くのガラス繊維を含む、ペースティング基板と、
前記容器の中の、前記複数の正極板及び負極板を浸すのに十分な高さまで満たされる電解液と、
を備えるフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。 - 請求項1に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記ペースティング基板は、平均繊維径が5μm〜8μmの繊維と、平均繊維径が11〜14μmの繊維と、の混合物を含む、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項2に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記ペースティング基板は、繊維長が5ミリメートル〜7ミリメートルの繊維と、繊維長が11ミリメートル〜14ミリメートルの繊維と、の混合物を含む、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記ペースティング基板は、ガラス繊維を含む不織布の基材である、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項4に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記ガラス繊維は、平均径/繊維長の比率が11マイクロメートル/13mm〜13マイクロメートル/13mmである、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記ペースティング基板の厚さは、前記容器の中において、初期厚さよりも少なくとも10〜20%少ない圧縮厚さを有する、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項6に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記電解液は、フル充電の状態において15℃で測定したときに、その比重が1.260〜1.300g/cm3となるような量の硫酸を含む、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項7に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記電解液は、フル充電の状態において15℃で測定したときに、1.280g/cm3よりも小さい比重を有する、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項6に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記容器の中には、前記複数の正極板のそれぞれと前記複数の負極板のそれぞれとの間に配置される付加的なセパレーターが更に備えられる、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
- 請求項9に記載のフラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池であって、前記ペースティング基板は、10kPaで測定したときのその厚さが、0.12mm〜0.25mmである、フラデッド型鉛酸蓄電池。
