Claims (20)
- 電気的絶縁材料から形成された細長いパネルを備え、前記絶縁材料内部の圧縮導体と前記絶縁材料の外側の膨張導体とを備える複数の熱電素子を有する熱電装置であって、前記熱電素子が前記パネルの長さ寸法に対して実質的に平行又は鋭角に延びる、熱電装置。
- 前記パネルが成形材料から成り、前記熱電素子の一部が現場で前記材料内に成形されるか、又は前記パネルが2層から成り、前記熱電素子の一部が前記2層の間に挟装される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パネルの内部に空気流用の空洞が形成され、前記空気流用の空洞が好ましくは多孔質材料、スペーサメッシュ材料、又は網状フォーム材料から成る、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱電装置、及び凹まずに人又は動物の体重の少なくとも一部を支えることができる多孔質材料を含む、耐加熱及び冷却負荷装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱電装置を含む、加熱及び冷却毛布装置。
- 冷却中の前記パネルの高温側から除熱するか、又は加熱中の冷却側に熱を導入するための1つ又は複数のファンを更に含む、請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 空気流を流す多孔質材料の密閉部分と非密閉部分との組み合わせを更に含み、任意で前記多孔質材料の一端に非密閉空気入口を、他端にファン設置位置を含む、請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記熱電素子が歪み除去材料によって取り付けられるか又は封入された半導体材料の組み合わせであり、前記歪み除去材料が好ましくは回路基板材料から成り、前記回路基板材料が好ましくはFR−4、硬質樹脂、ガラス、又はこれらの組み合わせから成る、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 加熱又は冷却の必要があるベッド、シート、シートバック、容器の壁部、車椅子、自動車のシート、事務椅子、操作テーブル、担架、又はその他の表面と組み合わせた、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記素子の開路故障に対する許容性を与える並列の電子部品を更に含み、前記並列の電子部品が好ましくは、ダイオード又はアンチヒューズから成り、更に任意で、直列素子の両端間の電圧が定常動作でダイオードのターンオン電圧未満になるように、直列に接続された複数の素子に電気的に並列に接続されたダイオードを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁材料がプレカットスリットを含み、前記スリットは好ましくは、離間した単一の線分、又は端と端が接続された離間した複数の線分の形状であると共に、更に任意で前記スリットに挿入され、且つこれに巻回される複数の線分から成る膨張導体のループを含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 2枚のパネルを備え、各パネルが別個に制御され、前記パネルの一方が好ましくは細胞組織の健康状態を保つために冷却される一方、前記パネルの他方が好ましくは全体的な熱的快適さを保つために加熱される、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記パネルの一方が抵抗加熱素子を含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 1つ又は複数の温度、動作又は圧力センサ、及び/又は加熱及び冷却を自動的にターンオンするか又は加熱又は冷却強度を増減するためにセンサ又は時計と通信するコントローラを更に含む、請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 衣類、好ましくはベスト、ジャケット、シャツ、パンツ、靴下、スカーフ又は帽子、又は枕に組み込まれるか、或いは容器内の内容物に熱管理された環境をもたらすために絶縁容器の壁部に取り付けられ、前記容器内には好ましくは電子機器、モバイル装置、腐りやすいアイテム、食品、化粧品、又は薬剤を収容することが望ましい、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- (a)各々の経路長さを最短にし、且つ性能を高めるために、空気流用の複数の入口及び出口経路を更に備えること、
(b)選択された位置での加熱及び冷却を増減するために熱電素子の密度が変更されること、
(c)各ゾーンが独立した強度レベルに別個に制御される複数のゾーンに区分されること
のうち、1つ又は複数の特徴を有する、請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記事務椅子のシート又は背もたれ、或いはその両方に取り付けられ、椅子の他方の側からアクセスできるように、電力コードを前記椅子のいずれかの側に接続するコネクタを有し、前記電力コードが任意でブレーカウェイコネクタを含む、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 熱伝導率が高いカバーによって覆われ、前記カバーが好ましくはライクラ、スパンデックス、相変化材料、ネオプレン、シリコン、ゲル、ワックス、パラフィン、ビニル、PVC、ポリエチレン繊維、及び熱伝導性が高い粒子を添加し、現場で形成及び硬化されるか、又は現場に設置される前記の材料のいずれか又はその他の材料から選択される材料から成る、請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 空気経路に沿った熱又は冷気の蓄積を最小限にするために、各々が前記パネルの異なる部分に新鮮な大気を供給する多孔質材料の複数の層を備える、請求項1乃至18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 椅子又はシートを取り付ける2つのヒンジ折り畳み部分に区分され、折り畳み時に携帯し易くするために、前記装置が任意で更に、コードレスで使用するために取り外し可能又は再充電可能なバッテリを備え、且つ任意で更に、バッテリ、ファン、運搬用ハンドル、又はこれらのいずれかの組み合わせを収容するための管を折り畳み交差部に備え、且つ前記ファンから排出される空気が好ましくは、一方向で生じる可能性がある閉塞を防止するために複数の方向に流れる、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の装置。
