Abstract
Description
−上側壁構造体と下側壁構造体との間でケーシングシェルを貫通する流体流路又は通路と、
−ケーシングシェルを通過して注入液が流れるように流体流路又は通路の両端に連結された流体入口及び出口と、を取り囲む。ハウジングシェルは、熱伝導性でかつ電気絶縁性の材料で形成され、加熱要素は、ハウジングシェルに接着され、ハウジングシェルに熱結合される。流体流路又は通路は、ハウジングシェル材料との直接の物理的接触によって熱エネルギーが注入液に伝達されるように、ハウジングシェルを通過して又はハウジングシェルの周りに延在する。注入液加温器のケーシングシェルは、射出成形などの適切な製造工程によって製造された熱可塑材又はエラストマー配合材を含むことができる。ケーシングシェルは、ハウジングシェルを機械的衝撃、衝突及び外部環境の汚染物質から保護する機能を果たせる。ケーシングシェルは、流体入口及び出口における注入液の流れの方向を横切る断面に沿って長方形、楕円形又は円形の断面形状を持つことができる。

前記ケーシングシェルが、
−前記上側壁構造体と下側壁構造体との間で前記ケーシングシェルを貫通する流体流路又は通路と、
−前記ケーシングシェルを通過して注入液が流動できるように前記流体流路又は通路の両端に連結された流体入口及び出口と、
−熱伝導性でかつ電気絶縁性の材料で形成されたハウジングシェルと、
−前記ハウジングシェルに接着され、前記ハウジングシェルに熱結合された加熱要素と、
を取り囲み、
