Description
−上側壁構造体と下側壁構造体との間でケーシングシェルを貫通する流体流路又は通路と、
−ケーシングシェルを通過して注入液が流れるように流体流路又は通路の両端に連結された流体入口及び出口と、を取り囲む。ハウジングシェルは、熱伝導性でかつ電気絶縁性の材料で形成され、加熱要素は、ハウジングシェルに接着され、ハウジングシェルに熱結合される。流体流路又は通路は、ハウジングシェル材料との直接の物理的接触によって熱エネルギーが注入液に伝達されるように、ハウジングシェルを通過して又はハウジングシェルの周りに延在する。注入液加温器のケーシングシェルは、射出成形などの適切な製造工程によって製造された熱可塑材又はエラストマー配合材を含むことができる。ケーシングシェルは、ハウジングシェルを機械的衝撃、衝突及び外部環境の汚染物質から保護する機能を果たせる。ケーシングシェルは、流体入口及び出口における注入液の流れの方向を横切る断面に沿って長方形、楕円形又は円形の断面形状を持つことができる。
−上述の形態又はその実施形態のいずれかに従った注入液加温器を用意するステップと、
−例えば腕輪又はテープを用いて患者に注入液加温器を固定するステップと、
−出口を患者の静脈に挿入されたVenflon(登録商標)又はIVカテーテルに接続するステップと、
−入口を所定容量の注入液を含む注入液バッグ又は容器に接続するステップと、を含む。必要な場合、短い延長チューブを出口とVenflon又はIVカテーテルとの間に挿入できる。同様に、入口と注入液バッグ又は容器との間に延長チューブを連結できる。
Claims (9)
- −上側壁構造体と、これに対向する下側壁構造体と、を有するケーシングシェルを備える注入液加温器であって、
前記ケーシングシェルが、
−前記ケーシングシェルを貫通する流体流路と、
−前記ケーシングシェルを通過して注入液が流動できるように前記流体流路の両端に連結された流体入口及び出口と、
−熱伝導性でかつ電気絶縁性の材料で形成され、板形の上側壁構造体と、これに対向する板形の下側壁構造体と、を備えたハウジングシェルと、
−前記ハウジングシェルに直接接着され、前記ハウジングシェルに熱結合された第1の加熱要素と、
前記板形の上側壁構造体と、これに対向する前記板形の下側壁構造体と、の間に挟まれ、前記板形の上側壁構造体と前記板形の下側壁構造体とに熱結合された、アルミニウム熱交換器と、
を取り囲み、
前記流体流路が、アルミニウム熱交換器材料との直接の物理的接触によって熱エネルギーが前記注入液に伝達されるように、前記アルミニウム熱交換器を通過して延在し、
前記注入液加温器が、更に、
−前記流体流路における前記注入液の温度を推定する、温度センサと、
−前記温度センサ及び前記第1の加熱要素に作用上結合され、前記第1の加熱要素の瞬間的な電力消費を制御する、制御器回路と、
を備え、
−前記制御器回路が、前記温度センサからの温度データに基づき、前記注入液の、望ましい又は目標の温度に従って、前記第1の加熱要素における電力消費を調節するようにされており、
前記温度センサが、前記第1の加熱要素の抵抗器の抵抗を測定することにより、前記流体流路における前記注入液の温度を推定している、
ことを特徴とする、注入液加温器。 - 前記第1の加熱要素が、前記板形の上側壁構造体の、前記流体流路の直線部分とは反対側の表面に接着され、及び、第2の加熱要素が、前記板形の下側壁構造体の、前記流体流路とは反対側の表面に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記板形の上側壁構造体又は前記板形の下側壁構造体の、前記流体流路とは反対側の表面の、少なくとも1つが、前記第1の加熱要素又は前記第2の加熱要素への電力を受け取るための1対の電気結合端子を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記ハウジングシェルの、前記板形の上側壁構造体が、1.0cm未満の高さを有しているか、又は、前記板形の下側壁構造体が、1.0cm未満の高さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記流体流路の高さが、0.1mmと5cmの間である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記流体流路が、長方形の断面形状を有する直線部分を備えている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記ハウジングシェルが、セラミック材料を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記セラミック材料が、酸化アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウム、又は酸化ベリリウムである、請求項7に記載の注入液加温器。
- 前記第1の加熱要素の前記抵抗器が、厚膜抵抗器又は薄膜抵抗器を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注入液加温器。
