Claims (7)
- ハウジング(2)内のユニット(3)、とりわけ自動車の操舵装置内のピニオンユニット(1)のための緊締スクリュー(5)を取り外す装置であって、
緊締スクリューは、雄ねじ(8)によって、ハウジング(2)内の雌ねじに結合されており、
緊締スクリュー(5)は、複数のラチェットレバー(9)を有するラッチデバイス(7)を有しており、複数のラチェットレバー(9)は、緊締スクリュー(5)の周囲にわたって分散して配置されており、かつ、複数のラチェットレバー(9)の各々は、ラチェットレバーの自由端に配置されたラッチラグ(12)を有しており、
ラッチラグ(12)は、ハウジング(2)の凹凸形構造部(13)の凹凸形ギャップ(14)にラッチし、
ラッチデバイス(7)に関して、ラッチデバイス(7)に結合可能なツール(16)による、半径方向内方へ向かうラチェットレバー(9)の移動が、ラッチラグ(12)を有するラチェットレバー(9)をそのラッチ位置から取り外すために実行され得る、装置。 - 凹凸形ギャップ(14)において、外側の周壁(19)が、内方に向いた傾斜部を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ラッチラグ(12)が、外側の周囲上で、その下側の表面上に、面取り部(20)または傾斜部を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 緊締スクリュー(5)は、多角形の形態(11)の中空スクリューとして、少なくともラッチデバイス(7)の領域で実現され、中空スクリューの中には、取り外し作業のためにツール(16)が挿入可能である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 多角形(11)の角部の数が、複数のラチェットレバー(9)の数に対応している、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 緊締スクリュー(5)は、プラスチック材料体から、ラチェットレバー(9)およびラッチラグ(12)とともに形成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ハウジング(2)内のユニット(3)、とりわけ自動車の操舵装置内のピニオンユニット(1)のための緊締スクリュー(5)を取り外すツールであって、
緊締スクリュー(5)は、雄ねじ(8)によって、ハウジング(2)内の雌ねじに結合されており、
緊締スクリュー(5)は、複数のラチェットレバー(9)を有するラッチデバイス(7)を有しており、複数のラチェットレバー(9)は、緊締スクリュー(5)の周囲にわたって分散して配置されており、かつ、複数のラチェットレバー(9)の各々は、ラチェットレバーの自由端に配置されたラッチラグ(12)を有しており、
ラッチラグ(12)は、ハウジング(2)の凹凸形構造部(13)の凹凸形ギャップ(14)にラッチし、
ツール(16)は、突起部(17)と、凹凸形構造部(13)の凹凸形ギャップ(14)からラチェットレバー(9)のラッチラグ(12)を取り外すためのラッチデバイス(7)を用いた係合のためのピンまたはプランジャー(18)と、を有する、ツール。
