−ポリマー溶媒中のリチウム塩を含む、固体ポリマー電解質(SPE)と、

−作用電極活物質は、一般式(I)の繰り返し単位を有するポリマーであって、
Rは、−CH2OR’であり、R’は、−H、−R″、−(C=O)NH−R″、または−(C=O)−R″といった基から選択され、R″は、アルキル基またはアルケニル基であり、
−対電極活物質は、ヘキサシアノメタレートから、または遷移金属酸化物から選択され、
−電解質膜は、架橋ポリマーおよびリチウム塩を含む、膜材料である、
エレクトロクロミック素子に関する。
−作用電極膜を調製するステップと、
−対電極膜を調製するステップと、
−ポリマー電解質膜を調製するステップと、
−電極および電解質を組み立てるステップと、
を含む。
−可撓性透明電導性材料膜で作製された電導性基板を提供するステップと、
−3,4−アルキレンジオキシチオフェン(XDOT)モノマーから選択される1つ以上のモノマーであって、溶媒に溶解された該モノマー(複数可)を含有する、液体組成物を提供するステップと、
−基板上に該液体組成物を被覆するステップと、
−XDOTモノマーを重合させるように被覆された組成物を処理するステップと、
を含む、方法によって調製される。
−活性対電極ナノ粒子の安定した懸濁液を含有する、対電極組成物を調製するステップと、
−電導性基板の表面上に該対電極組成物を被覆するステップと、
を含む、方法によって調製される。
−作用電極活物質は、一般式(I)の繰り返し単位を有するポリマーであって、
Rは、−CH2OR’であり、R’は、−H、−R″、−(C=O)NH−R″、または−(C=O)−R″から選択され、R″は、アルキル基またはアルケニル基であり、
−対電極活物質は、ヘキサシアノメタレートまたは遷移金属であり、
−電解質膜は、架橋ポリマーおよびリチウム塩を含む、膜材料である。
透明電導性ポリマー、または
透明酸化物被覆あるいは金属被覆であり得る透明電導性被覆を有する、非電導性ポリマー膜、または
金属グリッド、または

Rは、−CH2OR’であり、R’は、−H、−R″、−(C=O)NH−R″、または−(C=O)−R″といった基から選択され、R″は、好ましくは、1から16個の炭素原子を有する、アルキル基またはアルケニル基である。末端ビニル基を有するアルケニル基が好ましい。
−可撓性透明電導性材料膜で作製された電導性基板を提供するステップと、
−式(II)のモノマーから選択される1つ以上のモノマーであって、溶媒に溶解された該モノマー(複数可)を含有する、液体組成物を提供するステップと、
−電導性基板上に該液体組成物を被覆するステップと、
−モノマーを重合させるように被覆された組成物を処理するステップと、
を含み、
モノマーIIは、以下の式であり、
Rは、−CH2OR’であり、R’は、−H、−R″、−(C=O)NH−R″、または−(C=O)−R″といった基から選択され、R″は、好ましくは1から16個の炭素原子を有する、アルキル基またはアルケニル基である。末端ビニル基を有するアルケニル基が好ましい。
−可撓性透明電導性材料膜で作製された基板を提供するステップと、
−対電極活物質を含有する対電極組成物を提供するステップと、
−該基板上に該組成物を被覆するステップと
を含む、方法によって調製することができる。
−リチウム塩、架橋可能溶媒プレポリマーを含有する、液体電解質組成物を調製するステップと、
−基板膜の表面上に該電解質組成物を被覆するステップと、
−被覆された基板膜を架橋処理に付すステップと
を含む、方法によって調製される。

Claims (24)
- それぞれが可撓性膜である、以下の構成要素を備える、可撓性透明エレクトロクロミック素子であって、
−作用電極活物質を支持する透明電導性基板を備える、作用電極と、
−対電極活物質を支持する透明電導性基板を備える、対電極と、
−ポリマー溶媒中のリチウム塩を含む、固体ポリマー電解質(SPE)と、
を備え、
−前記作用電極活物質は、一般式(I)の繰り返し単位を有するポリマーであって、
Rは、−CH2OHまたは−CH2OR’であり、R’は、−R″、−(C=O)NH−R″または−(C=O)−R″といった基から選択され、R″は、アルキル基またはアルケニル基であり、
−前記対電極活物質は、ヘキサシアノメタレートから、または遷移金属酸化物から選択され、
−前記電解質膜は、架橋ポリマーおよびリチウム塩を含む、膜材料である、
エレクトロクロミック素子。 - 前記電解質膜は、架橋ポリマーおよびリチウム塩を含む材料で作製された、1〜100μmの厚さを有する透明可撓性膜である、請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記電解質材料はさらに、イオン液体、可塑化剤、または両方を含む、請求項2に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記架橋ポリマーは、共有結合によって結合されるポリエーテルセグメントを有するポリマーである、請求項2に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記ポリエーテルセグメントは、繰り返し単位−O−CH2CHRs−を含み、Rsは、HまたはCH3およびCH2CH3から選択される側基であり、連結基は、n−ブチレン基、多分岐エーテル基、またはブチレンジエステル基である、請求項4に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記電導性基板膜のそれぞれの厚さは、75μmから175μmである、請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記電導性基板は、
透明電導性ポリマー、または
透明酸化物被覆あるいは金属被覆で作製された透明電導性被覆を有する、非電導性ポリマー膜、または
金属グリッド、または
それらの組み合わせ
から成る可撓性透明膜で作製される、
請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。 - 前記透明電導性被覆は、スズをドープした酸化インジウム(ITOによって指定される)、Asをドープした酸化亜鉛(AZOによって指定される)、Gaをドープした酸化亜鉛(GZOによって指定される)、Snをドープした酸化亜鉛(TZOによって指定される)、Siをドープした酸化亜鉛(SZO)、またはフッ素をドープした酸化スズ(FTOによって指定される)から選択される、透明電導性酸化物(TCO)の膜である、請求項7に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記電導性基板の前記透明非電導性ポリマー部は、ポリエステル、ポリアクリル酸塩、芳香族あるいは脂肪族ポリカーボネート、またはポリイミドから選択される、請求項7に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記電導性基板を形成する前記透明電導性ポリマーは、ポリ(XDOT)から選択され、XDOTは、アルキレン基の炭素上に置換基を随意に有する、3,4−アルキレンジオキシチオフェンモノマーである、請求項7に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記対電極の前記活物質は、FeII/FeIIIヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩、Inヘキサシアノメタレート、V2O5、NiOx、LiFePO4、HxIrO2、Li4Ti5O12、またはTiO2から選択される、請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記対電極の前記活物質は、ナノ粒子の形態のFeII/FeIIIヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩である、請求項11に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- −前記素子は、170μm〜400μmの厚さを有し、
−電導性基板膜は、75μm〜175μmの厚さを有し、透明電導性酸化物被覆を有する非電導性ポリマー膜で作製され、
−前記活性電極材料膜は、100nm〜500nmの厚さを有し、
−前記電解質膜は、1μm〜100μmの厚さを有する、
請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。 - 請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子用の作用電極を調製するための方法であって、
−可撓性透明電導性材料膜で作製された電導性基板を提供するステップと、
−溶媒に溶解された1つ以上のモノマー(II)を含有する液体組成物を提供するステップと、
−前記基板上に前記液体組成物を被覆するステップと、
−前記モノマーを重合させるように前記被覆された組成物を処理するステップと、
を含み、
前記モノマーIIは、以下の式であり、
Rは、−CH2OHまたは−CH2OR’であり、R’は、−R″、−(C=O)NH−R″、または−(C=O)−R″といった基から選択され、R″は、アルキル基またはアルケニル基である、
方法。 - 前記モノマー(複数可)(II)を含有する前記液体組成物はさらに、調節塩基、酸化剤、および接着促進剤から選択される1つ以上の付加的な構成物質を含有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子用の対電極を調製するための方法であって、
−活性対電極ナノ粒子の安定した懸濁液を含有する、対電極組成物を調製するステップと、
−前記電導性基板の表面上に前記対電極組成物を被覆するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - FeII/FeIIIヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩前駆体を含有する対電極組成物は、一定の負電流密度下で電着によって前記電導性基板上に被覆される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記電導性基板上で適用される前記対電極組成物は、液体支持体中のプルシアンFeII/FeIIIヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩ナノ粒子の安定した懸濁液であり、前記組成物は、無電解プロセスによって前記電導性基板上に適用される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子用の電解質膜を調製するための方法であって、
−リチウム塩、架橋可能溶媒プレポリマーを含有する、液体電解質組成物を調製するステップと、
−基板膜の表面上に前記電解質組成物を被覆するステップと、
−前記被覆された基板膜を架橋処理に付すステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記液体電解質組成物はさらに、イオン液体を含有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- その上に前記電解質組成物が被覆される前記基板膜は、前記エレクトロクロミック素子の前記電極のうちの1つの活物質被覆である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋可能プレポリマーは、架橋可能末端基を有する分岐ポリエーテル、または側基上に架橋可能末端基を有する線状ポリエーテルである、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記線状ポリエーテルまたは前記分岐ポリエーテルの分岐を形成する前記ポリエーテルは、繰り返し単位−O−CH2CHR5−で作製され、R5は、Hであるか、またはR5は、CH3、CH2CH3、およびビニル基、アクリレート基、またはメタクリレート基から選択される架橋可能基から選択され、前記R5基の少なくとも一部は、架橋可能基である、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子を組み立てるための方法であって、
−前記電解質組成物は、電極のうちの1つの活性表面上に被覆され、したがって、半電池を形成し、
−前記半電池は、コラミネーションによって他方の電極とともに組み立てられ、
−前記電解質膜のポリマーは、前記半電池および第2の電極を組み立てる前または後に架橋に付される、
方法。
