ポリオールエステル中に存在する脂肪酸単位の少なくともいくつかは、一価または多価不飽和であり、場合により、工程Aまたは工程B後に揮発性炭化水素を除去する。
表3および4に対応するPVCフォーミュラを実験室用ミキサーで予備的混合をし、Collin150M型測定用回転装置(Dr.Collin GmbH)で圧延シートに加工した。各場合で、添加剤を加えたPVC混合物を220g使用し、処理温度は195℃だった。20分の実施時間後、粘着力の測定を行った。各試験フォーミュラの混合物をさらに圧縮し0.5mm総厚さの板を形成した(Collin laboratory plate press 200P、圧縮温度180℃、圧縮圧力200バール)。これらの板の透明性の測定を行った。
Claims (8)
- ハロゲン含有熱可塑性プラスチック用の滑剤としてのワックス様エステルの使用であって、該ワックス様エステルが
A)ポリオールと脂肪酸とのエステルのメタセシスオリゴマー化、そして
B)続いて、得られた反応混合物の水素化により調製され、
ポリオールエステル中に存在する脂肪酸単位の少なくともいくつかは、一価または多価不飽和である、前記ワックス様エステルの使用。 - 工程A)または工程B)の後、揮発性炭化水素を除去する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- メタセシスオリゴマー化の原材料として、天然、植物性または動物性脂肪または脂肪油を使用する、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 使用する植物性脂肪が大豆油、パーム油、サフラワーオイル、ジャトロファオイル、ヒマシ油、トウモロコシ油、麻実油、菜種油、ひまわり油、綿実油、パーム核油、ピーナッツ油、ココナツ油、オリーブ油、セイヨウ菜種油もしくはココナツ脂またはその混合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使用。
- ハロゲン含有熱可塑性プラスチックが、ポリ塩化ビニルPVC、塩素化ポリ塩化ビニルCPVC、塩素化ポリエチレンCPE、エチレンおよびプロピレンの塩素化コポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニリデンPVdC、または30重量%までのコモノマーと塩化ビニルとからなるコポリマー、該コモノマーは、酢酸ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、ビニルエーテル、アクリロニトリル、アクリル酸エステル、マレイン酸モノエステルもしくはジエステルまたはオレフィンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- ワックス様エステルを、ハロゲン含有熱可塑性プラスチックを基準に0.5重量%〜5重量%の量で使用する、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- ワックス様エステルを、他の滑剤と組み合わせて使用する、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- ハロゲン化熱可塑性プラスチック中のワックス様エステルは、充填剤、可塑剤、熱安定剤、抗酸化剤、光安定剤、静電防止剤、難燃剤、強化用材料、顔料、染料、加工助剤、衝撃改質剤、発泡剤、または光学的光沢剤を、慣用量でさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の使用。
