Description
Claims (16)
- ステンレス鋼の生産に適した合金鉄を熔錬する際、クロマイト精鉱の金属成分の還元度を改善する方法において、該方法は、前記クロマイト精鉱をニッケル含有原料とともに供給し、ニッケル含有原料の量によって合金鉄の金属成分の所望の還元度を得ることを特徴とするクロマイト精鉱の金属成分の還元度の改善方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記ニッケル含有原料は、前記熔錬炉へ供給する材料の総量の5〜25 重量パーセント、有利には10〜20 重量パーセントを供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記熔錬中、前記クロマイト精鉱におけるクロム含有量の少なくとも2.6 %が還元されることを特徴とする改善方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記熔錬中、前記クロマイト精鉱における鉄含有量の少なくとも37.4 %が還元されることを特徴とする改善方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記ニッケル含有原料の少なくとも一部は、前記熔錬炉の前記クロマイト精鉱から生産されたペレット中へ供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記ニッケル含有原料の少なくとも一部は、前記熔錬炉への供給に先立って前記クロム精鉱ペレットとは別に前処理することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、前記ニッケル含有原料として少なくとも部分的に酸化ニッケルを供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、前記ニッケル含有原料として少なくとも部分的にニッケル原鉱および/またはニッケル精鉱を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、前記ニッケル含有原料として少なくとも部分的に、ニッケル原鉱および/またはニッケル精鉱の浸出および/または沈殿によって得られたニッケル含有中間生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、少なくとも部分的に、ラテライトニッケルもしくは硫化ニッケル原鉱、またはニッケル精鉱の加圧浸出によって得られたニッケル含有中間生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、少なくとも部分的に、ラテライトニッケルもしくは硫化ニッケル原鉱、またはニッケル精鉱の雰囲気進出によって得られたニッケル含有中間生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、少なくとも部分的に、ラテライトニッケルもしくは硫化ニッケル原鉱、またはニッケル精鉱の堆積浸出によって得られたニッケル含有中間生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、少なくとも部分的に、ニッケル含有溶剤抽出溶液のニッケル含有沈殿生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、少なくとも部分的に、ニッケルを含有する除去溶液のニッケル含有沈殿生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、少なくとも部分的に、ニッケル含有精製溶液のニッケル含有沈殿生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記熔錬炉には、ニッケル含有材料として、部分的にニッケル精鉱を、また部分的に、ニッケル原鉱および/またはニッケル精鉱の浸出および/または沈殿によって得られたニッケル含有中間生成物を供給することを特徴とする改善方法。
