Claims (14)
- 近位端及び遠位端により特徴づけられる、親動脈閉塞のための塞栓インプラントであって、該塞栓インプラントは、
長手方向に配列した短いストラットを介してV字型部分の開放端で接合して前記ワイヤフレーム構造の中心領域を形成する、複数のV字型要素を有する、一対の反対方向のジグザグ部分、及び近位端に方向づけられたV字型要素の頂点から膨脹する長手方向に沿って配向される屈曲した複数のストラットを有する、近位端及び遠位端により特徴づけられるワイヤフレーム構造であって、前記短いストラットは、互いに前記ワイヤフレーム構造の中心から離れて、頂点を規定する前記V字型要素から離れて長手方向に移動し、前記長手方向に沿って配向される屈曲したストラットは、前記塞栓インプラントの近位端でワイヤフレーム構造の斜線中心の近くで互いに結合しており、自己膨張型材料から形成されているワイヤフレーム構造と;
前記塞栓インプラントの近位端に固定された電解離脱ジョイントと;
前記塞栓インプラントの近位端を覆って配置される血液不透過性膜であって、前記ジグザグ部分の少なくとも1つを覆って膨脹している血液不透過性膜と;を有する塞栓インプラント。 - 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、遠位端に方向づけられたV字型要素の頂点から膨脹する長手方向に沿って配向される屈曲した第二の複数のストラットを更に有し、前記長手方向に沿って配向される屈曲したストラットは、前記塞栓インプラントの近位端でワイヤフレーム構造の斜線中心の近くで互いに結合している、請求項1記載の塞栓インプラント。
- 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、擬弾性金属合金を更に有する、請求項1記載の塞栓インプラント。
- 前記膜が、接着剤を含浸したePTFEを有し、前記膜が前記ワイヤフレーム構造と接着している、請求項1記載の塞栓インプラント。
- 前記膜が、接着剤を含浸した2層のePTFEを有し、前記膜が前記ワイヤフレーム構造と接着している、請求項1記載の塞栓インプラント。
- 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、約5mmの直径の全体として膨張した構成、及び約1mm未満の直径の全体として圧縮した構成を有する、請求項1記載の塞栓インプラント。

患者の血管系を通って親動脈への移動に適応する送達カテーテルであって、該送達カテーテルの遠位端内に塞栓インプラントを収納することにも適応される送達カテーテル;
前記送達カテーテル内にスライド可能なように配置された送達ロッドであって、該送達ロッドは、前記電解離脱ジョイントを介して前記塞栓インプラントに固定された遠位端を有する送達ロッド;並びに
電源から、前記電解離脱ジョイントに電力を供給するためのコンダクターを有する、動脈閉塞のためのシステム。 - 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、遠位端に方向づけられたV字型要素の頂点から膨脹する長手方向に沿って配向される屈曲した第二の複数のストラットを更に有し、前記長手方向に沿って配向される屈曲したストラットは、前記塞栓インプラントの近位端でワイヤフレーム構造の斜線中心の近くで互いに結合している、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、擬弾性金属合金を更に有する、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記膜が、接着剤を含浸したePTFEを有し、前記膜が前記ワイヤフレーム構造と接着している、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記膜が、接着剤を含浸した2層のePTFEを有し、前記膜が前記ワイヤフレーム構造と接着している、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、約5mmの直径の全体として膨張した構成、及び約1mm未満の直径の全体として圧縮した構成を有する、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記ワイヤフレーム構造が、約5mmの直径の全体として膨張した構成、及び約0.6mmの直径の全体として圧縮した構成を有する、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 下記工程を含む、患者の脳血管内の障害の治療方法:
請求項1記載の第一の塞栓インプラント及び第二の塞栓プラントを供給する工程;
脳血管内の、前記障害と余分の血流の発生源との間の前記障害から遠い部位に、前記第一の塞栓インプラントを植え付ける工程;
脳血管内の前記障害から近い部位に、前記第二の塞栓インプラントを植え付ける方法。
